Guys I’m 58 i have a job that requires lifting doing these glute bridge exercises has helped with lower back pain, stopped my overactive bladder,my lower body moves freely.Just persevere people it may take 3 weeks to start noticing it but you’ll definitely notice a change.
I have hyper mobility and SI joint pain since 2 years. My PT corrected my dysfunction and told me to do Bridges with resistance band, Initially my bridges were helping me although I wasn’t feeling my flutes but still they helped in getting rid of pain but since 2-3 days it’s giving me severe back pain. Don’t know what I m doing wrong!? Should I stop for few days and try again later ?
Ah. Yes this is very common. We talked about the reasons why a bit in the video. However with the correct coaching of the exercise or a customized program to help activate other muscles to help with the bridge works most of the time. Reach out to us if you are interested in talking more about it. Link in description
Depends on the case. People who don’t tolerate compression forces on the spine should not be hard bracing as it increases the force. They should keep pressure but not brace. Classic with stenosis cases

Very informative as always. We need a video on how to activate the glutes when the hamstrings fire first during bridges! :) thank you for the content.
Thanks. We use the "push the heel through the floor cue" seems to work for many
@@Performance-Place-chiropractor thank you much! Cheers from France
:)
I have SI joint issues so my therapist advised the bridge pose
Thanks for video
Cool!
I have sciatica, when I do bridges it hurts the pinched glute, so do you just continue this and eventually the pinching gets better?
Some people get better on their own but some need professional help like us.

I got some pain in my lower back today and it actually hurts and a sore type feeling while doing the bridge.
Thanks for sharing. Would you like our help with that?
You need to brace the core when doing a bridge her back is arched!
