…when you have some troubles with slides, always go back to watch again your videos!! Funny how you think you’ve got the point but then re-watching the videos you’re discovering new details (could be small, but the needed ones!!) Thanks again!!! 🙏🙏🙏
wow. what a great drill. Will do this when my ankle injury heals. I wore my socks imperfectly and its caused such a horrible blister & the skin fell off on top of inner ankle bone, now I gotta wait a couple of days
I see in your other soul-slide videos that you keep going straight while sliding. Is that also while maintaining more weight on the sliding leg? My foot slides as I kick with the heel but immediately after it grips and I tend to turn.
@@natanlakonishok Thanks for the hint. I am indeed turning the hips at 45 degree with respect to the back foot, in order to reduce the knee/hip discomfort of the front leg. I'll try to improve my flexibility then :D
Finally someone who teaches the right methods, on effective techniques. Thx for that!
Thx for the support 🙏
Okay I am seriously impressed with your depth of knowledge and skill. I didn't even think what you did was humanly possible. I am in complete awe
One more awesome drill. Thank you!

You need to keep your shoulder and hips aligned forward . Also applying weight on all the wheels , after you begin to slide 👍
