I did this guide for new people, and people with with mobility issues. So I avoided any stairs or escalators.

This is great! I don't see anything I would change, Cullen. I have been to Dragoncon twice and as someone who uses a mobility scooter to get around the only thing I would add is that at times when the elevators are too full staff allowed myself and 1 person to use the service elevators so if you are having too much trouble accessing the normal elevators ask staff if you can use a service elevator. Just FYI anyone, like myself who is handicapped is allowed an escort of your choosing. That person is allowed everywhere you are. Normally it's only one person tho if more are needed in special cases ask the staff in the handicapped services area if it would be possible to allow for more escorts. Also, Cullen, I will get ahold of you on discord.

is it just me or am I still still confused! lol its my 6 or 7th time going. I Think I have a great understanding where everything is until they move stuff around!
i know what you mean i still miss the board game room being in the Hilton and wait till you see the new food court!!
@@Cullens_Workshop yeah they did move it. I dont play much board games, but go there to check in or give things to some of my brothers. New food court?!? no way
isn't there a skybridge from the Westin? I'm staying there this year and I do want to avoid outside as much as possible since it gets WAY too warm
The bridge on the back side of the Westin to Americas Mart building 1 is a restaurant called The Overlook. I personally think just going from the front of the Westin by the Hard Rock to the food court would be a faster trip. bit.ly/2ZXCcjH
There is no skybridge. Sorry! But I agree with his tip! It's your best bet.
Connie, welcome to the Westin. I have stayed there several times and It is a good place to be, in my opinion. It is low key but not empty.
If I recall last year the bridge from the Westin to the America's mart was closed. I know it was closed when I was leaving on Tuesday morning and had to make three trips around to load up my car.
I do wish you went to the Westin in the video. I presume it was because of the stipulations you put on it but the Westin, while a great place, is a little confusing if you have not gotten the floors down.
Edit: Now that I have watched part of the video (as opposed to just the plan stated in the first minute) I am even more disappointed because you did not even acknowledge where the Westin was. Even just a turn to the right of the camera after leaving the food court before you turned to go to the Hyatt saying "The Westin is up the street that way" would have been nice.
thanks for pointing that out! I completely missed that in the edit. I want to do another video that includes stairs and also fix that error in this one.
