I am here tonight reacting to a video suggested to me in the comments of a previous video!
This is "Believer" and "Unleashed - Final Saga Trailer AMV"
This got me wanting to progress through this journey quicker so that I can be caught up with you all and experience this all with you!
I'm a One Piece newbie but I love it very much! So don't hate too hard please

🤣🤣 when I heard myself say this during editing, I figured people that are caught up with one piece would find it stupid I said that

Don't worry too much about getting caught up man. Thats not what matters. One Piece is an adventure. It's all about enjoying every step of the journey. Not getting to the destination. Just enjoy the ride at your own pace. Thats how you have a great time.
The amazing part is that Luffy and the main cast are rarely shown in either amv which really shows how big and alive the world actually is
I think your reactions are really entertaining because you are so early in One Piece. You are not reacting completely blind, but still 96% blind. I think that's really fun.
Theres plenty of us who are caught up and we regret it because we have to wait an entire week just for one chapter. You're living the dream. You get to binge 1000 episodes of good content at your own pace. Unlike the rest of who are currently suffering due to the manga being on a break for 4 weeks. So cherish these times. Because I promise you you'll miss them when you're caught up.

Watching these AMVs after having caught up with the series make me cry. One Piece is one of those series that the more is revealed in the story, the better the early moments of One Piece become. So much that one may not think twice of when watching first time discovers there's far more weight to such things than you could imagine. Characters that seem like jokes on first impression you end up loving and sympathizing with when you learn more about them.
Even nearly 1100 chapters in there's always something new to understand of characters and events in the earliest moments. One Piece the story is a great treasure, especially when you're open to understand it.

I am for sure excited to see the journey but like you said, to revisit and catch something new each time or feel some type of emotion when revisiting is going to be amazing!

@@rageofmccabe No problem. I came into One Piece completely blind, no one reccomended it to me. I had discovered anime back in 2015 and so I was willing to check out any anime that peaked my curiosity. I remember the One Piece poster on Chrunchyroll at the time and my words were: "eh, I don't think I'm going to like this" but I was curious enough to watch it anyway.
Long story short, what I initially thought was a silly cartoon with little substance in time evolved into an emotional epic that has transcended all expectations I could ever have had going into it. My views on the possibilities of animation forever changed thanks to One Piece. It may very well remain my favorite fictional story till the day I die
zero cap here. Oda's been *feeding us* lately. Just haymaker chapter after haymaker chapter... nearly 1100 chapters and 25 years after he started.
possible cap to follow. Oda will be one of *those* authors that just endures forever. Not comparing him to Shakespeare or anything like that, but what he has already done is an incredible achievement and it has received incredible and much deserved success globally. I think people will be reading and watching and sharing one piece for as long as the media exist. Hell, I can see this becoming "mythology" after enough time has passed, in the vein of Gilgamesh or The Odyssey. It really is *that universal* and *that impressive* of a work.

What's great about what you said is that often I hate political shows, cause at least these days they come off too preachy, but One Piece hooks you with great characters first, make you enjoy being with them than they sucker punch you with the suffering they had to go through in their pasts.
One Piece is a story first and political second. While I don't necessarily agree with everything One Piece teaches, the core concept of Freedom and needing to fight for it is something I hold dear

@@royalfun1031 does it really matter? In the context of the story I love it's themes and it's lessons, but I don't believe the solutions One Piece presents to our world can be realistically applied. I'll have to wait till the story ends to really get a concrete stance on it
@@ReiseLukasit doesn't have to be realistic. It's fine, to just think about it and use it as escapism right? It doesn't have to be more than that in my opinion.
@@EchoOFPeace I completely agree. I was just saying that to anyone who think the lessons One Piece teaches can be applied to real life. Reality is more complicated than the imagination of any author.

One of the great things about One Piece is that the series contains an incredibly eclectic world that still manages to have a sense of cohesion.

Did you know that when watching it 2nd time, you vatch some hidden details and thats where we get shocked that oda did this planning all those years ago. What a gigachad move. Hence we call one piece as one of the greatest story ever told 😂
