Hello Matt and Sadie. I prefer the bags and most of our customers say they do too! I will say if you’re gonna make them ahead of time keep them out of the sun or the bag will deteriorate! I made Evan a tote shed to keep his out of the sun. Take care👊🏻
Hi Guys Good on getting Sadie back in the saddle ! GOOD on thar bagger ! But a couple of Suggestions...Sadie keep those hands looking pretty and get some nice leather gloves ! The other is bag only seasoned ready to burn...bag and sell is the game !!😊
Nice to see you and Sadie back in the woodyard. Team work is great. Done a good job Sadie with the new bundler. Nice piles of wood split there. Looks great. Take care.
I love that bagging station. I just blasted out 20 bundles in 20 minutes, its definitely more convenient than wrapping. Nice work Sadie and Matt... Ps im with Todd, keep out of sunlight. That was first warning i got too about the bags. 🤜🤛
Hello Matt and Sadie. Nice setup. Will be interesting to see how the bags hold up to the weather. Hopefully they'll move before they have a chance to deteriorate. You guys make a good team!
I just picked up a bagging station this from WR. Excited to not have to use the plastic sled liners. They worked for the first 1500 bags and that’s it. Glad you guys like it!
Hello Matt and Sadie! I have the Amish bundler along with the WR bagging system. I still use the Amish for .75 cu.ft. bundles and use the 1 cu.ft. bagging system for smaller pieces. You may want to consider zip tying a piece of netting to the bottom of the bagging system to help eliminate the "clanging" noise when dropping the split pieces of wood in.
I think you made a good purchase 👍 You could still use your bundler for smoker wood if you pursue that market because bundles are more visible for the customer. Good video and product demo 😊
Hey Matt, don't make too many bundles with wet wood. The bag netting degrades quickly in the sun if you are leaving it outside to dry. You want to bag seasoned firewood and store the bags in the shade close to when you are going to sell.
Hey Matt and Sadie , I like the bagger but then again I don’t have a bundler either . My bundler is made out of 2x4’s , so either one would be an upgrade for me !!!👍🏻🇺🇸
Good morning Matt hope all is well. What are your thoughts on the new Wolfe ridge with attached conveyor would you have bought that instead of just the regular model? I have the bagging station as well but the bags fade in the sun after a short period of time
I think it’s really the ideal setup. You can’t get a splitter and a conveyor for that price. A lot of ppl don’t need the big conveyors so that small conveyor is nice! If you needed a talll conveyor then it wouldn’t be ideal. My conveyor is small and is perfect for my operation.
Does it have anything to do with their operation being an embarrassment? In the woodyard makes a video of the same thing, five guys making 1/3 of a cord, it’s real impressive!
Don't leave those bundles out in the sun. About a week in the sun and the bags start degrading. I don't knot my bags, I just cross the strings once (like starting to tie your shoe) and leave them like that so the customer doesn't need to cut the string to get the wood out. I also have a container for my customers who wish to return the bags on their next trip and I've found most bags can be used a second time which cuts the cost of that bag in half.
That’s great advice! That’s awesome you have customers returning the bags. I’ve been thinking about tying a single knott like you said but I just don’t want any wood falling out. I will try that out though. Thanks!
If it’s 25% or less and is a fast drying wood. I think it’s fine. If it’s oak at 25% it would take way to long to dry without direct wind and sunlight which it would need to dry. But you wouldn’t want to put your bags in the direct sunlight so that wouldn’t work.
I prefer the bags over bundles because when your customer orders a trailer load or more I can dump and dash 320 bags .. you can't just dump 320 bundles of wrapped wood and still have a happy customer 😅
How dare you get ride of stacking and get rid of Sadie shoe and coat money thank God you got her a new bundler are you looking to sell the Amish bundler I am looking for one

Great idea!! I do need to get them out of the sun! Thanks for the advice!
Agreed, keep them in the shade or tarp them to keep the bags nice
❤❤❤ thanks for sharing Matt and Sadie!
No problem! Great product.
Hi Guys
Good on getting Sadie back in the saddle !
GOOD on thar bagger !
But a couple of Suggestions...Sadie keep those hands looking pretty and get some nice leather gloves !
The other is bag only seasoned ready to burn...bag and sell is the game !!😊
Yes she has gloves but can never find them lol. I usually just bundle dry wood but i thought the bags would allow me to bag wet wood.
We love our Wolfridge bagger, great video.
Awesome! Thank you!
Nice to see you and Sadie back in the woodyard. Team work is great. Done a good job Sadie with the new bundler. Nice piles of wood split there. Looks great. Take care.
Thank you for watching!
I've done pretty good with bags delivered...real local, but 10 at a time. People like the packaging and it is easy to handle.
That’s great! I used to deliver bundles 12 at a time and it kept me busy for sure!
Just got back from frenzy at Wolfe ridge MFG. They had tours. Seen a lot of bundlers being made. Great company. You will like it.
Very cool
I switched to bags three years ago. It was awesome for the business. Good luck guys.
Nice I hope it does better for us too!
Pretty Sweet Setup looks simple and efficient 👍
Thank you and that’s what I’m looking for!
I love that bagging station. I just blasted out 20 bundles in 20 minutes, its definitely more convenient than wrapping. Nice work Sadie and Matt...
Ps im with Todd, keep out of sunlight. That was first warning i got too about the bags. 🤜🤛
Thank you sir! Sadie has never Bundled this quick so it’s definitely easier. Thanks for the tip on the bags. I’ll have to cover them up.
Great video, nice to see the family work together. TY for sharing. Dave D. from Southern Maine.
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching
Hello Matt and Sadie. Nice setup. Will be interesting to see how the bags hold up to the weather. Hopefully they'll move before they have a chance to deteriorate. You guys make a good team!
Yes I’m hoping I sell them quickly haha.
I just picked a bundler up from WR. Haven’t tried it yet. Sure looks like it’s working good for you guys.
I like Wolfe Ridge bundler! Doesn't take long to make bundles!! Great job Sadie! Stay Hydrated and Have a Safe Day
Yes I believe it’s faster than a bundler.
I just picked up a bagging station this from WR. Excited to not have to use the plastic sled liners. They worked for the first 1500 bags and that’s it. Glad you guys like it!
You will love it if you are doing big volume like that. Thanks for watching!
Good job you guys! I like it. KC Don 😉
Thanks! 👍

That’s a good idea. Yeah I’m not sure if I’ll keep the bundler or not. I know I could never get back into a bundler for the price I would sell it at.
I think you made a good purchase 👍 You could still use your bundler for smoker wood if you pursue that market because bundles are more visible for the customer. Good video and product demo 😊
Yeah I’m not sure what I’m doing with the bundler yet. Thanks for watching
Hey Matt, don't make too many bundles with wet wood. The bag netting degrades quickly in the sun if you are leaving it outside to dry. You want to bag seasoned firewood and store the bags in the shade close to when you are going to sell.
Yea that is a good point. I’ll keep an eye on the bags. Sadie did 4 bundles to test. We will see how it goes.
Hey Matt and Sadie , I like the bagger but then again I don’t have a bundler either . My bundler is made out of 2x4’s , so either one would be an upgrade for me !!!👍🏻🇺🇸
🎉
Haha true. Don’t waste money on the bundler and get a bagger.
I prefer bags and they sell better in my stand. The sun is tuff on those bags be careful keeping them outside.👍👍
I’m hoping they sell better here too. A lot of ppl mentioned the bags will deteriorate. I will definitely need to cover them up. Thanks for watching!
Price is average for the firewood. 7.00-10.00 at the campgrounds around here in Rhode Island.
It’s like that around here too. But it’s nice to say you are the cheapest in town haha.
Wolf Ridge, one looks a lot easier to use, take good care of your employee Matt.
For sure
Good morning Matt hope all is well. What are your thoughts on the new Wolfe ridge with attached conveyor would you have bought that instead of just the regular model? I have the bagging station as well but the bags fade in the sun after a short period of time
Is a conveyor advised with the pro28c?
I think it’s really the ideal setup. You can’t get a splitter and a conveyor for that price. A lot of ppl don’t need the big conveyors so that small conveyor is nice! If you needed a talll conveyor then it wouldn’t be ideal. My conveyor is small and is perfect for my operation.
Hey Matt, why do you have more processed firewood than back 40 hard-working trans and Hometown acres combined?
Idk I guess I enjoy splitting wood more haha.
Does it have anything to do with their operation being an embarrassment? In the woodyard makes a video of the same thing, five guys making 1/3 of a cord, it’s real impressive!

Wolfe Ridge Firewood Bagging Station makes the job a lot easier you will make money back in bundle sales,
I agree!
Do you think it's smart to put wet wood in the bags ?
If it’s 25% or less and is a fast drying wood. I think it’s fine. If it’s oak at 25% it would take way to long to dry without direct wind and sunlight which it would need to dry. But you wouldn’t want to put your bags in the direct sunlight so that wouldn’t work.
Where do you get a bundler like that
Wolfe Ridge Manufacturing! Go check out their website!
I prefer the bags over bundles because when your customer orders a trailer load or more I can dump and dash 320 bags .. you can't just dump 320 bundles of wrapped wood and still have a happy customer 😅
Haha I guess that’s a vaild point
The biggest problem I see with bags is that the sun deteriates them.
Yes that can be an issue.
The place I get bags from are $1.75 each that’s a lot
Wow that’s insane.

Not sure yet on selling the bundler. I know I couldn’t buy another bundler for the price I would sell it at.
