Hello everyone! Full disclosure on this awesome bundler Evan Built! We want to make sure that we give credit to Chris@ Wolfe Ridge Mfg! If you haven’t seen his video he already has a bundler in production and for sale. This was Chris’s great idea that I showed to Evan and he wanted to take on the challenge to build his own at school. As a parent that’s exactly what I wanted to hear! Anytime you see your kids do something for themselves and expand their abilities and learn to be self reliant, it’s a win win situation!! So if you think this bundler is something that would make your woodyard life easier, you can check out wolferidgemfg.com for your very own. Thanks for the support everyone-TOA
Hey Chris I’m sure he can fit you in someday🤣 He is going for an engineering degree after high school. Do you offer apprenticeships🤣 I’m glad to see your comment! Some people were getting confused on who’s great idea this bundler was! I made a pinned comment to explain. Maybe the people that seen what they thought was Evans design will go to your site and give you some support an order one🤷♂️ Thanks for watching and commenting and helping to inspire kids like Evan to take the challenge of building something on their own👊🏻-TOA
Well done young man. A piece of DOM tubing would work great for his pivot bolt. DOM tubing will get a closer tolerance than pipe and help prevent excessive play. If he gives you dimensions, I'd be glad to machine one he can weld in.
Helpful hint. Put a stop on it so it will be at a 45 degree angle. That way you can load with both hands and the wood will stay at the bottom part of the bucket.
Yeah we actually was talking about that while making this video. I’m sure the more he uses it the ideas for mods will continue. Thanks for watching and commenting Jim👊🏻
Smart kid …..I was watching Back40 today and thought he needed to modify the bucket to save time ….you beat him to it. Hopefully he sees your video. Great job!
Great job Evan!!! I thought it was a Wolfe Ridge bundled when I first saw it. I like his determination. Todd you are raising your son right. Teaching him that with a little hard work, you can do great things in life!!
Hello catfish! That would be great but Chris at Wolfe Ridge was the creator. This was just Evans rendition. Check out the pinned comment. Thanks for watching and commenting 👊🏻
Evan, great rendition of Chris' bundler and hope you had a great time at prom!! Todd, so nice meeting you at HFH👍 What a day of accomplishment, kinda like termites in a woodpile.
It was a pleasure meeting you Bill! You were a beast on those splitters! Very rewarding weekend! Hopefully our paths will cross again someday. Thanks for coming out for the cause Obie👊🏻
Thanks John! I am very proud of his abilities at his young age! Although this was just his rendition it was very impressive. Check out the pinned comment. Thanks for the support 👊🏻
Great to meet you this past Saturday Steve! Evans not gonna take credit for the idea but he did a fantastic job on his rendition. Check out the pinned comment. Some day we will make it down to Kentucky and process you some wood for the cabins! Evan said he’s in👊🏻
Hello Todd. Evan could used the smaller bundler to put starter pieces in and also sell them if he is interested in doing something like that. That is a awesome knew bundler he has made. Take Care
He did a great job and will eventually do that when he has the right components. Check out the pinned comment for the full story. Appreciate ya CanAm👊🏻
As a few people have suggested in the comments I'd consider angling the bundler at about 45 degrees. You could end up with a lower front edge which can reduce the lifting that you do and also uses gravity to hold pieces in place while loading it up. Nice build.
Wow, much better Evan! Not only would a table work. I would lower that bolt on the bracket to the middle so it's not bending like it is from the top. But it looks awesome!
We need more schools pushing shop classes so as adults kids can be more self- reliant! It will save them a ton of money and headaches in life! Thanks Daniel👊🏻
@Todd’s Outside Again : I would agree.. Dad taught me how to fix my own cars, so when it just goes, click in the morning. I can at least try and find the issue out in the field..
Great job Evan , the round part could be make out off heavy PVC pipe come in green or blue . Won’t rust plus if you start making them cut down the cost over welder rods and plus off steel . Mike on back the back 40 daughter use one last wk on U TUBE 😊.
Great fabrication Evan. If I may suggest, try loading the bucket tilted at a 45 degree angle- let gravity work for you, and you can load with both hands instead of holding the pieces. Cut a 2 x 4 to support it at that angle, try loading, and if it makes sense then you can figure out some sort of bracket. Good luck, nice job🇺🇸
Great job Evan! That will really make your bundling process more efficient. Larry Hottle from Outdoors with Larry and Robin had talked about fabricating something to help with bagging. He will probably see your video but I’m going to share it with him to make sure.
Hello OG! I’m sure he has seen the original bundler created by Chris at Wolfe Ridge. Check out the pinned comment. I always appreciate your support for the channel and Evan👊🏻
Chris had a great idea with this bundler! I’m glad you got one. I would have purchased Evan one from Wolfe Ridge but he seen an opportunity to challenge himself and create his own rendition. I believe what he learned in the process was priceless. Thanks for watching 👊🏻
I would love to talk with Chris🤣 I believe Evan has the same mindset now that Chris had years ago in his garage! That’s how we get great company’s that put out great products starting with challenging themselves and being creative. Maybe someday Evan can intern as he has an interest in Engineering in college!

I appreciate the thought, my welding class just ended today. If the pivot becomes an issue I will have my dad contact you!
@Whackin Axes no problem, be glad to help if I can. You did a fine job on it, it looks great.

That’s what we are planning on. Great minds think alike Deb👊🏻 I appreciate ya watching and supporting!!
You're Welcome I enjoyed watching your channel and Evan is a great helper. Take Care
I love it. First go is always a prototype. Yup get a standpipe in the pivot hole. Lube it up and it will last forever.
Nice build.
Thanks for the advice Alan. It’s still a work in progress. Appreciate ya watching 👊🏻
That's how my ez bagger works. 65 bags an hour easily!
Great job Evan!!! That thing works great! Take Care Yall !!!
Thanks Don! It’s making the bundle life easier👊🏻🍻
Wow, much better Evan! Not only would a table work. I would lower that bolt on the bracket to the middle so it's not bending like it is from the top. But it looks awesome!

Looks nicely built.. at least shop class is still strong in areas..😁👍
Awesome job Evan 👍 And a nice addition to the woodyard.
Thanks Ken! I appreciate your support 👊🏻

Cut a 2 x 4 to support it at that angle, try loading, and if it makes sense then you can figure out some sort of bracket. Good luck, nice job🇺🇸
Thank you! Yeah I had thought about maybe tweaking it to stay hanging at a 45.
Great job Evan! That will really make your bundling process more efficient. Larry Hottle from Outdoors with Larry and Robin had talked about fabricating something to help with bagging. He will probably see your video but I’m going to share it with him to make sure.
I think Don’s suggestion is perfect for Evan’s bundler!

I seen one earlier today on a back 40 firewood short.
Awesome!! He made it in welding class so cool! It’s not a Wolfe ridge like back 40 has
Hello Jimmie! Yes Chris has an awesome original in production already. Check out the pinned comment! Thanks for your support 👊🏻
