Hi sir, sa pagkakaalam ko po Registering your business as One Person Corporation ensures that only the company will be liable for its debts and obligations. The owner's personal assets is deemed separate and protected from that of the corporation. Never po magiging liable si owner kahit wala na maibayad si corporation, hanggang dun nalang yun. Wala po mahahabol sa owner. Unless the owner used the corporation for fraud or something like that, ibang usapan na naman po yun.

I think you can still continue your single prop but on the next registration, you should already use your OPC
