Thank you, Ma'am. Matagal na akong nalilito sa ownership between partnership and corporation at finally nasagot ng ganon kasimple sa manner of creation. Sa libro, nakasaad na "A partnership is an association of two or more business partners who co-own a business for the purpose of making a profit." Hindi ba ganun rin naman sa corporation pero stockholders lng yung term?
