Hi. You don't need any software to do that in PowerPoint. First organize your images in one slice in PPT. Make sure all images are properly aligned in a single stack. Select all images together, then under "Animations" select "Appear". Make sure every image has Start: "On Click". You're done. Now you can start the slide show, you can scroll (or use forward / backward arrows) through your images. I hope that helps.
