I am a freelancer and an employee in a product based company. Spent over 7 years in the industry. Earned a lot, achieved a lot. I would say, it's not worth it to sacrifice our health and sleep for earnings. The schedule you just showed us is hazardous in the long term. I know we can't live in an ideal world but at the end of the day, health matters. Yes money does matter but not on the cost of health.

Some people are just night owls. Not everyone has to get up at the same time time, go to work at the same time, and got to bed at the same time. What's unhealthy for one person may be completely natural for another.

There are a ton of things and you might get overwhelmed I would suggest if you are totally newb start with HTML CSS and build some websites for local shops or businesses. You should get some idea of what you are getting into.
There can be multiple paths after this you can go for CP or Open source contributions , best if both
Dive into frontend with react little bit of backend with node etc..
The tech also keeps changing very rapidly. What's hot right now can be dying cuz of something groundbreaking. As you sure have seen the impact of AI. Rest I'll leave you with good luck 👍
