Yes it’s a very nice area right off Greenville loop - close to Wrightsville beach and close to a lot of the happenings. Shoot me a text or email, I’ll help you guys manage the process 🙂 (910) 541-4088 LiveJacksonvilleNC@gmail.com
Hi Avery--thank you for your videos on Wilmington. The wife and I are looking to move further south (We are in VA now) and Wilmington is near, if not, the very top of the list. Would you mind answering a couple questions, or maybe include them in a future video? 1.) Beach parking. Cost or free? How ample is it? Close to beach or have to walk? Do locals have separate parking over tourists? Walkable restaurants/bars? 2.) Flood zones and flood insurance. Where are they and on average, how much? I have done some research but would like an insiders view. 3.)HOAs. I know they are all different but on average, how strict are they? The one we live in now actually go around and measure your lawn with a ruler. Any HOAs like that are completely out. We are planning on heading down there for a week in Oct to look around and get a feel for the area. Looking near Myrtle Grove, Sea Breeze and possibly Ogden. Thanks again!!
Hello!! Sorry it took so long to find this comment 🤦🏻♂️ Most of the beach parking is 5/hr or $25/day… there are some secret free spots but most of it is paid. Flood zones are prevalent here - the highly impacted areas can be pretty expensive, I have a video on the cost of living that explains a bit more.. but even if you don’t live in a flood zone, it’s a good idea to get ins. Some HOA’s are pretty stringent but the majority of them are flexible and not too much of a pain. They certainly don’t measure your grass haha. All three of those areas are awesome btw. Let’s link up when you’re in town! Feel free to shoot me a text 🙂
@@haesookvip awesome! I have a best neighborhoods part 2, that has some nice neighborhoods too. Especially Marsh Oaks. About $400k-$1M or so. But can’t go wrong with any of them. I’ll definitely be making more!
I have chronic bad gas caused by an unusually high consumption of broccoli. Are there Wilmington neighborhoods that can be accommodating for someone like me?
@@curtsuneson6161 appreciate your efforts, but I don’t need that. I want this to be a page with helpful comments and supporting people relocating. My page is growing regardless, so thank you but I don’t need these silly comments lol

This community you move in and the added expense to enjoy the area is astronomical.
Which community?

You're gorgeous and very attractive. I want to move somewhere with the least natural disasters. I'm tired of these hurricanes in Florida.
