I don't have enough camp slots for the inspiration that you provide for camp building. So many of the ideas you've shown in your videos inspire me to try new things and build new style camps! Thanks again for the fantastic content!
One of the prettiest!!👏🌾🌷 As relatively new player, don't have any greenhouse or even glass walls to work with...but also don't have the skill and imagination that you have!
A little practice will get you there soon enough. 😊 The greenhouse sets also cycle through on the Atomic Shop pretty regularly, so you should be able to pick them up if you keep an eye out.
my current camp is my own take on the tiny log cabin camp build you did a few weeks back, where you had the workstations underneath the small living area, instead of the broken cabin walls to support the upper floor i used the prison walls with a doorway to a garden area, my camp is at the pond near V76 just across the dirt path from the lumber mill on the way to the Wayward, i keep it completely accessible to all players because i like to think of it was a starting point for new players, if im at my camp when new players show up, i always gift them staring items to give them a headstart with their characters
It's a particularly nice spot that one. I tend to avoid being to close to places like vault 76 to take advantage of free fast travel but it does cut out a few cool locations.
Another great build. I really like that set. I haven't built with it but I will eventually. The rustic vibe gives it a more wasteland feel to it. You definitely nailed the vibe with the greenhouse theme. You can't really tell that your budget for decorating was smaller. For how big it is, there's not much empty space. I'm actually using that spot for a big build right now, so thanks for featuring it on one of your previous videos.
Cheers! I'm pretty happy with the results overall. The one area that could have done with a bit more budget really is the outside. Fortunately the inside is the main set piece which helps to distract from that. ☺️

That looks great. Overall I personally prefer the first Greenhouse set. The sloped roof on the new set is unique. It really breaks up the shape of the building.

Thanks! I've thought about doing a circle build, but I'm not convinced tbh. The glitching would probably take more time than is practical and I'm not too keen on the way the roofs look when glitches together.

The games that did circles best that I have seen are ones like Conan Exiles that have triangle pieces. You end up with octagons rather than circles but it works. We haven't seen a whole lot about building in Starfield yet just a few seconds of confirmation that is there. As soon as we get more info I'll be on it. I've covered a bunch of other stuff about the game already though. 😎
Great looking greenhouse. Thanks for putting this video together. Makes me think I’m gonna go get the greenhouse set to try this. But, other than the crops, I don’t have hardly any plants. That makes building a greenhouse camp kinda silly looking. Are there any bundles that you know have good plant variety? I’ve seen some pop up in the atom shop before, but always dismissed them as unnecessary, and didn’t really pay enough attention to remember them. But now I want a greenhouse, so…….
There are plans for pot plants that you can pick up, I think a few are sold at the Whitespring. Other than that a lot of what I use there is from the Atomic Shop. They're worth thinking about if they come back. Plants can fit in with a lot of different builds and they add to both floor and tabletop decoration options which can be helpful.
I'm not entirely sure what you're referring to here. The fences should be snapping straight to a foundation. You can sometimes remove that afterwards. Some fences can be placed directly on the ground but others need to snap to things like foundations or upper floors so it might depend on which set you're using. The other thing to check is whether or not snapping is toggled on. If it's available that option can affect placement too.
Really? That's weird. 🧐 Have you had a rummage through the menus? Given the mess in there after 5 years of additions the other pieces might just be in a strange spot.

@bubbaflickflop5537 they're snapped onto the floor pieces beside the stairs. As theres 2 staircases you can remove one, put the rails in and then replace it, (assuming it doesn't snap straight in anyway), then repeat on the other side. You might have to remove the wams that connect to the stairs to do it though as they can block removal of those particular stairs. I think that's how I probably did it anyway.
Which ones are you after? The sundew plants, the succulents and the irradiated plants I think were atomic shop, but crops, and the ones in the red pots are just base game items.

They do come back occasionally, I'm sure I've seen them. It is a bit random when these things appear though.
