  • See the process of building a foam under-structure for a puppet from beginning to end. The patterns were already made from the previous mockup but were reworked and refined. The next video will show how to make and attach the mouth plate with elastic grips.

      This build was just a polyurethane foam that I got in a roll marketed for upholstery and furniture. I sometimes use dry fast foam as well.

    Do you have a list of mayerials you use? Each video is good to watch but doesn't seem to give info on materials, which makes it not so informative.

      For this build, I used half-inch polyurethane foam for the under structure. You can buy it in a roll at Jo-Ann's or Walmart. You can use fleece from Joanne's hard to work with it's much better to use fleece with a knit back but that's harder to come by and usually needs to be special ordered.
