- I have never met an athlete who wasn't holding onto at least one mistake they made months or even years ago. Sometimes you don't realize how much these thoughts are weighing on you until you let them go. So let them go...

Coach, I am soon to be 16 years old, used to play for a club and used to be horrible, I played at rb. Shortly after I left I gained a great love for football and every time I could a ball would be at my feet. I feel i have greatly improved and play a bit like ngolo kante but I am pretty bad at passing and am not very confident nor composed when moving up the pitch. I don’t know whether I should go back to my old club where I am known as a terrible player and probably won’t get many minutes or go to a new club. Any advice?
What people think of you should have no impact on how you play. But it sounds like this has gotten in your head in which case a fresh start can be HUGE!

I have a good stand tackle, pretty fast, and although I am smallish for my age (nearly 16, 58kg and 5’6) I am very good at using my phisicality, possibly cos of my aggression. Christo I have a question. So I’m a 13 year old boy I play soccer and all that but I have one major problem. I’m very fast and I love to participate in every single drill I possibly can. But after all those drills when I get to scrimmage I get so tired that I am able to run for a bit then I would be short of breath. And get very tired. Do you have any tips for like improving my stamina?
