Thank you for the note! I didn’t realize the links didn’t publish when I posted. I think everything is fixed now and the links are in the description. The automated messages are first in the list. Good luck with your new Airbnb! Please let me know if there are other questions I can answer in future videos
Great video! With the smart locks and smart thermostats, you could add them to Alexa, set up a routine, and then after a guest checks out you could just saying “Alexa, guest checked out” and it could lock the doors (or confirm they’re locked) and also adjust the temperature to whatever you set in the Alexa routine. You don’t need an Alexa in the bnb for this to work. Hope this tidbit is helpful!
That’s a great idea! I never thought about setting an Alexa routine but that definitely takes some of the mental load off of us once a guest checks out. Thanks for the tip!
That’s awesome! It’s a lot of work but it’s going to be the best decision you ever made. Let me know if there are any questions I can answer in future videos. Good luck!
I like that idea! We just had an instance yesterday where that would have been helpful. I love technology but I’m a big fan of having written instructions all over the house as well
@@Amy_Dwyer I feel like these days everyone uses 'jump-cuts' and tries to condense things on UA-cam so we're all used to faster pacing. But good video!
I love making signage, too. I try to place the signage right where you'd naturally see it so as to preempt issues and anxiety in the future.
Hey did you put a link to your automated messages in the description? My wife and I are about to be new hosts, so we were looking forward to those :)
I can’t find it :(

Hi Amy! Where are the links?
Thank you for the note! I didn’t realize the links didn’t post when I published. It looks like all the links are up now 😀
We don’t see the links or message templates.

I know I can get a little wordy at times 😀 I’m still getting comfortable in front of the camera but I really appreciate the feedback
