I just received this lens for my canon r50 and it's amazing. Really heavy lens and it's all metal, which I like, but I enjoy using a manual lens.

How does this lens hold up against the 10mm Meike cinema lens you reviewed a few weeks back?
Did you color grade the footage in your studio, as the Komodo looks much better compared to the C70?

Hey Sam, I have a set of MEIKE S35 Cine Primes which I will be reviewing in the next couple of weeks. Will make sure I compare the MEIKE lenses to the 7artisans cine lens. Do not really do much colour grading with my YT videos, but I have always like the colours I get from the Komodo over the C70.

Does the crop factor make this 25mm an equivalent of a 37.5mm on the Red Komodo?

The Komodo is a 1.4 crop factor, so it’s 35mm ….

Why are those full frame lenses not on their own website? I think these would be great for a Komodo in RF mount but the full frame versions might be a better investment.

The lens is RF mount, so no adapter was needed 😁

Yes they do an E-mount version, but you will have to crop the sensor as the lens does not cover a full frame sensor
