- Hey guys! It's been a while since we last uploaded. We got pretty busy with calving and spring planting, but we are somewhat caught up, and have more projects than ever! In today's video, we show you how to replace a failed and leaking oil seal on a Kawasaki Mule!
Thanks for watching, and please subscribe!
A part number would’ve been cool.
Partially sheared keyway you should replace that.
If you are looking at the flywheel keyway, it's not sheared. The key is offset for the ignition timing.
Great video thanks for sharing
Should have done the crankshaft plane bearing and crank seals when you did the rebuild. 🤷♂️
We did replace the seal, but I honestly can't remember if I replaced the bearing. What I do know is that I measured everything before I reassembled the engine so it was either good or I replaced it.
Where did you buy you’re seal?
I got mine from Amazon. Is it a Kawasaki genuine oil seal, and it was kinda pricey at $35.
