If I am on a graduate visa for the next 2 years but also want to apply for the partner visa, would those 2 years be considered as a processing time? or would the department only open my case after my graduate visa expires, meaning i’ll have to wait maybe 4 years??

If you are holding a student visa and your student visa will be expired in 4 years and you apply for partner visa. Will your partner visa be granted while you are holding a student visa or it won't be granted until your student visa expires? Many thanks.
Hello, great video! I know that if you’re on a student visa and apply for a partnership visa, you can’t just stop studying as it will breach your visa conditions. However, I was wondering if there are any benefits of applying for the partnership visa whilst still I continue to study and maintain the student restrictions? Would it help my partnership processing times? Could it possibly help me to get the PR sooner because I would have been on a partnership visa for longer? 😬
I’m a little bit confused as you said if the student visa got canceled the BVA will be canceled as well. And we can apply for 600 but as if the 600 granted for 3 months and after 3 months the BVA will be active but it was cancel with the student visa how can the BVA active. Do we have to reapply the 802/801?

Well, I just wanna smthng about spouse visa... when can i get spouse visa of australia... my 1st visa was refused 11 mnths ago, i applied tourist visa that was refused, after refusal 6 mnth wait then i applied spouse visa. my husband filed the my visa file with his visa extension it will get in 3 mnths but i still waiting.. i applied for a visa on 23 nov 2019

I had applied for subclass (600) before lockdown in nz. Right now I’m waiting for biometric. I’m not able to do biometric until border are open is it going to affect on my visa or is there any other visa for my current situation.
Not married yet, but we are engaged and have been in the relationship since 2019, what are our chances of being together in Australia as I am expecting my student visa before July, 2022?

Now I want to apply for subsequent entry visa for my spouse and child, can you pls advise the processing time and if the I need to be in Australia before I apply or I can apply from offshore also. I'm currently on a student visa but I don't have any intention to stop studying (I love my course); however I was wondering: my student visa is going to expire on the 1st of March 2021. Is it okay to wait until January/February to apply? We have been collecting evidence etc., (and have been together for over 2 years). It's quite a stressful time here in Melbourne still, so I am a bit put off tackling the application right now. Is 1-2 months enough, in your opinion, to put everything together and apply? I don't want to rush it but also don't want to leave it too late either. Thanks heaps!

If she is in Australia?

I will be coming to Australia by march and I want to start his application as soon as possible. do you think I should start now? or wait till I get onshore?

We offer to prepare Visitor visas when combined with a Partner visa application (i.e. if we are looking to get the applicant on-shore and then apply for the Partner visa from Australia, or, if the Visitor visa is refused, that we proceed with an off-shore Partner visa option). We unfortunately do not offer to prepare Visitor visas standalone. -MS

Hello Martin.I have alrwady been granted with the subclass 820. I really do not like the diploma I am studying. Could I stop studying?
There are no conditions on your 820 that require you to continue studying :)
