Wow! What a box! Fantastic! Especially the first piece!! And you do such a lovely job of presenting it all. ❤️ the bone pieces that look burnt on the ends of the bone, I think are called match stick.
Hi Angela love all the necklaces and the earrings. The sterling silver bracelet that you should wear for a while catch an release when you're ready. Waiting for the next unbaging Carolyn. Have a wonderful evening
TS 5:49 do you wonder if all of the bead balls are sterling, too? I do. 👍 TS 15:28… sometimes I find that a precious metal clasp might have been swapped out and a quick replacement put on. After hundreds of pounds of SGW jewelry, sometimes the pieces I get make me wonder.
I’ll have to double check the beads and it definitely looks like someone replaced that clasp. I totally know what you mean, a lot of them make me wonder.😁
Indian head nickle. It is an old one/it is James Earle Fraser, End of the Trail sculpture that is the famous one. Da Vinci did many sculptures of horses. There is another man who did western ones. I can’t think of his name, think it was John something. Sorry. It was Fredrick Remington, I just remembered.
Loved this box I hope paying up paid off for you. That last stone pendant might be a higher grade of amazonite, it’s so hard to tell without touching it. 💜
The bracelet you’re thinking about keeping is beautiful. The stone looks like Kingman turquoise. I have a ring with a similar stone. Your estimated price is right on.
The image at 20:05 is from James Earle Fraser's "End of the Trail". Fraser grew up in the Dakota Territories and was intimately aware of the disastrous effect America's westward expansion had on Native peoples. Personally it has always evoked the imagined end of the infamous Trail of Tears for me.
Angela, I hope you don’t mind my comments about the turquoise. I have been collecting turquoise for years, and somewhat familiar with the different types of turquoise. This year, I have decided to sell some of my pieces because I have so much. I wasn’t trying to be disrespectful as someone indicated, I didn’t know if you knew the difference between dyed howlite and magnesite. In some cases it’s hard to tell. Keep up the good work.
I don't mind. I appreciate all the help I can get. Especially when it comes to stones. I want this to be a place/community where we are learning from and helping each other 😊
Angela, I always enjoy seeing how you handle and present the jewelry in a detailed and gentle manner. ❤️
Thank you so much!💗
The bracelet you want to keep is gorgeous. You can always wear it for some time it will never depreciate.😊
I might have to, It’s so pretty!Thank you Lori😊

I'm so sad I didn't watch this sooner, so many pieces I would have picked up!!! Great box!!!
There is a spring inside of the clasps that is magnetic.
Enjoyed watching! ❤

The first set looks like Royston turquoise. Beautiful.
That cuff bracelet is just so sweet WOW !!! Keep it for awhile, it will only go up in value ..
Thank you Susan! I might do that😊

Thank you for the info. I knew it was a famous one, just didn’t have the right name😁😊
Loved this box I hope paying up paid off for you.

Thank you Donna! I’ll have to go back and look to see which one you’re talking about. I’m not to familiar with amazonite. 😊

Aloha Cassandra😊💗
I sent you an email about the crushed stone necklace.
You don't test most of your pieces, you're just throwing away money.
