    I love that you set a few bigger goals! I always set so many little goals, but making it a bit broader is actually very nice!

      @@amelieomg9510 i do have 3 more specific goals which are related to my work life but on the whole i like having these broad pillars/habits to keep in my mind for overall health and happiness ☺️

      @@CocoDay I love that idea!! With my little goals I always find that I tick them off and then just don't keep up with them! With broad goals I feel like it's more motivating :)
