Time for one of the toughest boss fights in Nier Automata. In order to unlock this you must have all weapons in your possession and upgrade them to max level. Then as any character you go to the entrance to the Forest Zone and talk to Emil. You must follow him to the desert zone. Once you find him get ready for raining Emil heads!
I would recommend you be at level 90 or higher, have defensive skill chips so you can take his barrage of magic attacks, and just stay on the offense as much as you can. Emil is kind of a re-skin of Hegel but with more crazy attacks.
Right after you defeat the Emil heads you must decide to either let Emil explode... or prevent the explosion by defeating one of the loose heads.

The criteria says you must have all of your weapons upgraded to max. You have to have them upgraded at max.

When your A2 and you hold the dash button till she glows, your attack power increases.
