First should dude have said it absolutely not. Should he cop a temp ban for it, yeah probably. But she is not the innocent victim in this either. She had him muted. She unmuted him. She baited him to say something. She had a smile on her face as she waited for and proceeded to bait him. She then calmly and collectedly opened task manager to close the game. She DID NOT alt+F4 the game in a fit of rage or shock. She saw him over play his hand and realized she just won the victim point game. Now she is cashing in those victim points on twitter and hoping to get more draconian speech controls put in place. If the guys was so bad she had to mute him initially then maybe just leave him muted or even block him and move the heck on that is all that is needed.
I thought I would add more to prove the point that she is playing into this. Since this happened she has deleted her video history, all her video history on Twitch so you can no longer go back and get the full context that she left out of her clip. Sorry for me this is another nail in the coffin of her just being a poor victim here. If you want to see it I found a video on UA-cam showing the VOD of her stream before she deleted everything.
