Infact,this video is exactly what I need at the moment,the very plain explanations.....I started baking with passion from sec school,I learnt few aspect of baking from my friend and ever since then I've always been thinking I don't need to enroll in a paid physical training but watching this video I realized that the sky is truly big and I have to build a good foundation.....I'm a med student tho but I'm not planning on giving up on baking,never!!!
