I think it's so intresting how quik Bellamy slips into is old ways again, without Clarke, it's like they said, he thinks whit his heart and she thinks whit her head and they need each other, to no lose themselves and then Clarke leaves and Bellamy lost his head, whit her leaving, so his voice of reason is gone, and he only listens to his heart again. Great reaction again.
It's always interesting when reactors gloss over or forget about the fact that Lexa bowed before Clarke and made a vow, in the previous episode. It is incredibly significant, as it was just stated earlier that same episode that "the commander bows before no one". That moment was a physical act, of devotion and loyalty. Clearly showing that she can be trusted now or at least given the benefit.
What I love about Lexa killing the ice queen is that people doubted Lexas power. With this one fight she showed everyone her power, killed the person who was causing problems and put a guy she just defeated in a fight to queens place - also not killing him and possibly making an ally. So there is no longer any doubt if Roan or Lexa is stronger and the queen is dead.
Gah. I love that fight sequence! Especially because most people underestimate Lexa, even Clarke in this episode. It is well choreographed and was a great strategic move, to avoid war, eliminate a longstanding enemy and gain an ally. Brilliant on Lexa's part!
As the first comment said after everything they’ve been through it’s more realistic for people to act like him than strong like Clarke and everyone else. It was nice to see a character break down and show emotion not just for an episode but to actually go downhill.
