Flite Test X-29 Build & Maiden

Well I finally got an X-29 to fly. If you don’t recall, I had one back in May, but I crashed it. I wanted to try it again, so I built another one. I decided to film the build for this video. I hope that you enjoy it, and feel free to Like, Share, Comment and Subscribe.

NOTE: I flew it 9 times since the maiden, and it flew just fine on 2200 4s. It flies well enough, so I think that the CG is fine. I was balancing an inch behind the recommended marks. (The 9th flight was the final one with the onboard video.)

How long did it take you to build? Sweet plane

It took me 2 days to build it, not including cutting the parts out. I started assembly on a Friday at noon and completed assembly the next day at around 11:00.

@@AerospaceMatt awesome. Currently running to the hobby store to grab foam board and I'm using electronics from a crashed e-flight F-16!

Nice! Out of curiosity, which F-16 did you crash? Good luck on this plane, and watch out for the roll rate. It can be pretty insane.
