He never should’ve been charged. Baldwin relied on the expertise of hired professionals. He was no more responsible for this tragedy than Michael Massee, the man who fired the fatal shot that killed Brandon Lee on the set of The Crow.
To withhold any evidence from the defence, because you want to do that, is so egregious that those folks should be sued. They put Alec and his family through hell, and they also convicted Hannah on falsehood. Hannah must now be freed and her record cleared for justice to be done.
We will never know. The prosecution accidentally destroyed the gun while they were "testing it." They also conveniently did not provide other evidence that would have helped the defendant. The judge saw how badly the prosecutor had not followed the law in filing this case and threw it out. It should have never been filed and was completely a political hit job. Thank goodness we still have some honest judges.
The question that I have - after 100 years of making movies with guns - why havent they "invented" a gun that only can shoot dummy rounds? So there isnt even a chance a live round can be fired from these guns? Make no sense to me but sure sounds like a market somebody smarter than me could figure out how to make money selling fake guns to movie studios.
They have them, have had them for decades. I have no idea why a real gun was used on set. The prop guns have a tiny bore in the barrel so no bullet can pass through it.
Actually they do have prop guns that only fire blanks, or is disabled and cant be loaded with live ammunition but the gun that was put in Mr Baldwin's hand wasn't a prop gun but a "real" gun that was supposed to have blanks only. And Baldwin's job isn't to load the gun, check the gun for live ammunition or safety.
Prop guns and dummy rounds kill ppl too. Look at Brandon Lee. Tho its extremely rare. Because of the Brandon Lee incident they are supposed to be extra careful on sets with prop guns. The armorer obviously failed
What a complete and utter joke of a system. If that was any of us we would’ve been in jail the entire time waiting for court and it definitely wouldn’t have been dismissed.
Rich or poor you get you get legal representation that’s a fundamental right in America, so is a fair trial which the prosecutions actions prevented, ergo the trial is no longer valid. This is not a joke it’s the system working as intended. Allowing misconduct to continue would have been a joke
Blaming him didn't make much sense. Actors aren't trained on firearms. That's why there's a hired armorer on set whose job it is to check all firearms and clear them as safe before handing them to actors.
Exactly! The people saying that actors should check their own weapons haven't a clue. That would make many more accidents happen. This was a rare accident caused by the armorer not following protocol. With all the guns and action scenes in movies over the last 100 years there is only one other documented incident where someone was shot on the set. Lightning kills several times more people a year as do sharks.
There are real guns on movie sets. They usually are empty or loaded with blanks. The armorer did not properly check to see if live rounds were on the set.
@@daveyb1908 For goodness sake, that is NOT the responsibility of the actor. It never has been. It may change now, but at the moment it was the armorer's responsibility and someone handed Baldwin the gun saying it was an empty gun.
I can't stand that douche but he did NOT commit murder.. and it has nothing to do w/ sets of rules. Michael Massee the actor that pulled the trigger killing Brandon Lee never even went to court, it was ruled an accident. Which this was too, on Alec's part. Ever since this first happened, I knew he shouldn't be charged unless there was evidence that he put a live round in the pistol and shot w/ intent to kill. Which from all the video evidence it showed he was given the gun and you can hear them say cold gun on set and having direction to do what he did. he was relying on the armorer to do her job and she failed. Yeah, it makes total sense that the case should be dismissed with prejudice over a single piece of evidence being "witheld" instead of that evidence being given to the defense and the case being continued until the defense had time to recieve and examine it, like would have happened for literally any other defendant in literally any other case.

It all hinges on the timing for and legally and successfully backing the judge into a corner and did. That wasn’t money or injustice, it was a bullet fired in a church and the Political System Gods watched over the lawyers. And not Halyna Hutchinson., her husband or her son. .
Glad to hear it
I hope you get to work with Alec some day.
that just means a NEW CASE down the road.. its just dismissed on technical grounds.. he ll be back in court in 6 months again
Yeah he should have never been charged….the one in charge of the props is responsible..he was playing the scene out…who tf put that live round in? My bet is the prop girl who was an expert in guns and ammo and props etc….
He never should’ve been charged.
Baldwin relied on the expertise of hired professionals. He was no more responsible for this tragedy than Michael Massee, the man who fired the fatal shot that killed Brandon Lee on the set of The Crow.
followed trial from the beginning. for some reason I couldn't help but cry right along with them
The bottom Line from Baldwin:
Best $1,000,000 Spent on my Attorney's 🥂💐🥂
Happy Friday Folks🤑
The judge was right! This was the negligence of the armorist and director.
I agree
Baldwin was in charge of everything on the set
Remember no one is above the law. Oh wait….
This case has always been an absolute waste of money against a guy who never should have been charged
To withhold any evidence from the defence, because you want to do that, is so egregious that those folks should be sued. They put Alec and his family through hell, and they also convicted Hannah on falsehood. Hannah must now be freed and her record cleared for justice to be done.
Damn. So much make-up. Is this the new "Barbie" sequel?
Should’ve never been charged in the first place…..
Funny to hear parrots repeat what their master tells them
Alec pulled the trigger and lied about it
We will never know. The prosecution accidentally destroyed the gun while they were "testing it." They also conveniently did not provide other evidence that would have helped the defendant. The judge saw how badly the prosecutor had not followed the law in filing this case and threw it out. It should have never been filed and was completely a political hit job. Thank goodness we still have some honest judges.
he is the Anti 2A guy who got rich by using guns and glorifying gun violence in almost every single movie he has been in
The judge let a rich man go if he was poor or black. He would have been convicted. The prosecutors Office on purpose threw the case.
Or-B- are u kidding me, thousand of y'all are walking the street with 10 to 20 criminal record. explain to me what's up with that?
They didn't let a rich man go, they let an innocent man go... you're such a bore...
@maggielarkin9314 Really, you Ai generated communist. fact is he committed negligent homicide. He is only free because the prosecution screwed up.
it's a good thing he wasn't one of those MAGA Trump supporters.
he's an actor!!!
Thank God I don't know how he became blamed for that in the first place
Did not see that coming.
Thank you for keeping the public informed. I know that this just happened but ABC was the first to come up on my UA-cam feed, way to go.
Judge just got herself a new Mercedes Benz!
So happy for Alec Baldwin! He was always innocent. Sorry for the family loss! Prayers 🙏
Someone got paid a lot of money to make this happen.
@@AliciaGuitar but this is what I’m saying. If prop guns are used, this girl wouldn’t be dead
Thank God. He was not even indirectly responsible for this.
What a complete and utter joke of a system. If that was any of us we would’ve been in jail the entire time waiting for court and it definitely wouldn’t have been dismissed.
If it were anybody else, charges wouldn't have been filed. The armorer didn't follow protocol period.
Rich or poor you get you get legal representation that’s a fundamental right in America, so is a fair trial which the prosecutions actions prevented, ergo the trial is no longer valid. This is not a joke it’s the system working as intended. Allowing misconduct to continue would have been a joke
Unbelievable
Blaming him didn't make much sense. Actors aren't trained on firearms. That's why there's a hired armorer on set whose job it is to check all firearms and clear them as safe before handing them to actors.
Exactly! The people saying that actors should check their own weapons haven't a clue. That would make many more accidents happen. This was a rare accident caused by the armorer not following protocol. With all the guns and action scenes in movies over the last 100 years there is only one other documented incident where someone was shot on the set. Lightning kills several times more people a year as do sharks.
What was a real gun even doing on a movie set?
The armorer messed up. A druggie and had a cavalier attitude about the entire fiasco.
What are real fire trucks doing on the set of Chicago Fire? Realism.
So did the person handed a firearm, and did not check to see it was safe.
Thr judge was paid off.
And you know this how?
SOMEONE DIED!!!!
I think there is no justice for her family.
And?What is your point?
So we must destroy someone because someone died. It was a horrible ACCIDENT.
@@rx7dude2006Baldwin walks and Hutchins last time I checked is still dead.
Would putting an innocent person in jail make things better?
Thank god he is free, case should have never been brought. But it seems it was at extreme cost to Alex and his family.
Dismissed means they can give him a new trial at a later date
Check that judge’s bank account
Alec Baldwin murder somebody, and the judge just lets him go.
Two sets of rules in this world.
one for them and one for us
Alec did not murder anyone. If you don’t understand or are unable to comprehend how this incident occurred, please STFU.
It's sad this happened but not Alecs fault at all.
Why did he want to murder his cinematographer?
@@mr.sa7anserv606 He didn’t want to harm anyone.
@@mr.sa7anserv606 I want something where she was going to testify against somebody... ALL the satanic pedos in Hollywood protect each other.. He was tasked with silencing her.
Remember the actress who's car was hacked? She was flying down a residential street and crashed into a garage? The fire department and medics were there in record time (almost like it was a planned assassination). The medics covered her up with a white blanket like she was dead. And there's Drone footage of her trying to climb away from them, pulling the white blanket off the top of her.. This was another assassination.
It happens to often.
WAS THIS WHOLE THING DONE ON PURPOSE TO MAKE THE CASE "GO AWAY?"
Of course 🤌🏾 👉🏾👋🏻👈🏾 🤴🏼
The tribe win again.
good he was innocent since day 1
Charges never should have been filed against him in the first place.
Yeah, it makes total sense that the case should be dismissed with prejudice over a single piece of evidence being "witheld" instead of that evidence being given to the defense and the case being continued until the defense had time to recieve and examine it, like would have happened for literally any other defendant in literally any other case.
Sounds like a setup between all in charge including the prosecutor. Involuntary manslaughter is to cover accidents with negligence. The gun grabbers know how to protect their team.
Nope. You’re not a lawyer. & you can’t even spell Brady! Try to read a book for once.
He was the director not just an actor in the movie. I’m sure he had major decisions on who was hired. He pulled the trigger and someone died. Now he’s free to make a book about this and go on tv shows. Congratulations we have become a country where the law no longer matters.
Very true. But I believe his career is dead. Actors and directors will decline to work with him for his reckless bravado. Instead hiring Alec Baldwin, they’ll say “Give me someone Alec Baldwin-like.”
Congratulations Alec Baldwin!
That means it was withheld and the other case as well
A rich guy got away with manslaughter due to prosecutors misconduct..😢
Blaming an actor for the negligence of prop coordinator was stupid AF to begin with.
it was his movie, he was producer not just actor he has the final say on everything
The fact that this even went to court is appalling
He played trump for SNL
And this happens
Hmmmm
alec you still shot and killed someone...SLEEP WELL
There is no justice in this country
Justice was just done with this Judge’s dismissal.
Wrong. Justice was just done with the permeant dismissal of this case.
Oscar speech proposal: "I'd like to thank the democrat academy for this dismissal"
Bad news, your republican brain rot is terminal. 😢
Typical MAGA reply. You want Alec to be found guilty based solely on his politics.
As usual, no integrity from the “patriot” crowd.
It was a sad thing that went down, but in the end Alec is just an actor and has no real gun experience. He was never expecting to be handed a loaded gun.
Feel free..
Set them free...
Money 💰 for nothing
Jailtime for free..
The state overplayed their hand. They wanted to make an example out of him despite the lack of evidence (malice)
Who didn't see that coming? $$$
Stop being ridiculous. The person responsible, the armorer, was convicted. Alec didn’t do anything wrong.
