heyy, so i have a question about the AI audio denoise. so i don't know if its supposed to be like that - but if i want to denoise a clip (like 4 min) I'll do that in the first place right? but after that i'm not able to edit the video like the others (the ones without the denoise). the button "edit" simply doesn't exist...and i can't edit even simply things like a zoom or something..BUT if i edit the clip/video beforehand, i have to "audio- denoise" EVERY SINGLE TINY section of the video. And that takes so much time if you have to do it individual all the time. also i don't want to edit the video with the AI audio tools - then produce it - just so i can edit it normaly after that?? i hope you understand my problem and have a solution for it :))) greetings
After applying AI audio denoise on a video clip, the video's video track and audio track will be splited. You may observe the video track and audio track are no longer connected. I guess you selected both video and audio tracks hence the "Edit" button is not available. Try select only video or audio track on the timeline so you can find the Edit button to let you edit access the video or audio tools. If you need more help, just contact us via the below website. OK, question... If I'm making let's say a 10 minute video and I've got it almost completed, added all my music tracks, voice overs, transitions, text, overlays, etc. Just about ready to export and I realize I have a small video clip that I forgot to add and it fits into let's say minute 1 or 3 or 5... The problem I have is that if I add video late in the process, I have to go and move every other layer individually to the new spot in the video!!!?! Am I missing an option to add a clip into an almost completed video and every layer past that moves together automatically? Please tell me there is 🙏😢 John & Teri Just Go * BTW, I do 100% of my filming, editing, uploading etc ON MY PHONE. We are travel vloggers, full time, and I have no interest in carry heavy cameras, mics, laptops, storage, etc.
Thanks for your comments. What you described is called ripping editing, which is available on PowerDirector 365 Windows or Mac version so far. In the case of editing on a mobile device, if it is a big project, I would suggest that you may export what you have edited in PowerDirector Mobile as a video. Use the exported video to create a new project. Split the clip on the new project timeline and insert the missing part to finish your editing. Hope this trick helps. 🙂

@@JohnAndTeriJustGo I am afraid the feature is not available either so far. You can use the same trick to produce your mobile project to a video and importing the video to your PowerDirector 365 on a PC to continue the editing.
Updated powerdirector 365 on my PC Intel Core i7 1360P todyáy, now it say my platform (win 11 pro 23H2 - Intel ARC) Hardware Acceleration is not supported, but i was supported before update. and i have all the latest graphic drivers. and i cant find the remove wind i had installed, i know there is lot to learn with new software but i find it wery hard to use, and things i found out one day i cant find the next, always has to click lots of places searching for things, and now i give up .
Wind removal tool is in the Audio tool. Pick a video on your project timeline and then click on the "Edit" button above timeline then you can find the Auido Tools menu. You can use credits to make AI anime video in the free PowerDirector Essential version but if the produced video will contain PowerDirector watermark. Meanwhile, the project is still bonded to other export limitation in the free Essential edition.

Cyberlink's customer service must be AI because it's worthless. Their processing in their cloud constantly fails and the help just sends form letters over and over while not even recognizing the details of your complaint. Product is unusable and I will not be renewing this program when it expires next week. Does anyone have suggestions of a video editing platform that has a decent support system?
Thanks for your comments. PowerDirector 365 supports importing MOV video container with Apple ProRes in 10bit 4:2:2 and V210* YUV in 10bit 4:2:2 codec. Regarding exporting 4:2:2 video suggestion, I will make sure to pass on the needs to the team for consideration. 🙂
Well, AI subtitle sucks. Only english is available. you can not call that AI. Make it so i can have subtitled, from danish - english - danish. Will say, rest of the world need it too, so they can make subtitle easy. It's not worth paying for soon. First edit with REAL ai sub, here i come.
