So, I made this and then put it in the silicone mold in the freezer (so the brown bits were mixed throughout the butter rather than separated) and they are amazing! Perfect to eat when you have a craving for something sweet. After eating these, I realized my craving is really for the caramel flavor (rather than the sweet) and these are perfection. Love them!

I used very low heat and got black sediment at the bottom. How do you prevent too much of this stuff from occurring? And l didn’t whip either, straight into moulds.

    • @stephanieilluzzi7355

@@sofiamiliaressis5403 That “black sediment” makes your butter bites have a slight crunchy patina when it settles to the bottom. Some people really like that! If you don’t, just keep a watchful eye on your browning butter, and take the pan off the burner before the “sediment” forms. Your butter might not be as browned, but will still be delicious! Hope this helps. 🤗

Just spent most of my day separating cream from goats milk then made butter...4.25gallons=10.2 oz of butter 😥can't wait to brown it for myself. A true labor of love.

I have 1 problem with any browned butter bites.... I want to eat A LOT of them! I love them with coarse salt on top/ or mixed in.... I've added other flavoring like cinnamon, Caramel & bacon bites. All wonderful. I love how you show how easy it is and not afraid to add some flavors.

When do add the cinnamon and vanilla?

    • @janenestmj

@bethturner1546 I let it cool a little. I've added when it's very hot and it acts like a science experiment and foams up & overflows.

I just made this whipped butter. I did let it cook a tad long. When it first came off the stove, I did put some in a mold to freeze to eat alone. I let it get too thick that when I whipped it, some was way too hard to whip. I put it on ribeye and it was so fabulous. I will try again, and be sure not to cook too long. Thank you so much! Such a great addition to my carnivore way of eating.

JUST now made the butter bites from your previous video...why did I not do them sooner? I'm literally biding my time until they freeze up to have one in solid form. My finger-licking skills have improved greatly as I 'clean up' the molds from the extra drippings, and I am soo ready to try this whipped. Now have birthday and Christmas gifts to make and give! I truly am SO glad I finally did this after 6 months of watching others do it! Yippeeeee

I wrote this all in the video notes under the video...you hit the word "MORE" and all the links and my comments about the video are there....let me see if it lets me copy and paste the part you are asking about here.
Favorite things to do with the Whipped Brown Butter:
      Have fun with your creativity!
Try an unsalted version and add in cinnamon and vanilla bean pod seeds (or some vanilla extract) when whipping this up and put into your coffee or tea for an amazing buttery/nutty/toffee/vanilla/cinnamon taste sensation!!!
Make some fun savory versions by using salted butter and adding in some of your favorite spice mixtures and but on meat or veggies (if you eat them😛)
Put the whipped browned butter into silicone molds like I showed in this video and freeze them for an awesome treat right out of the freezer.
These can greatly help get over cravings when trying to avoid all carbs/sugars/processed foods and you're Jonesing for some chips or cookies.
Use as an easy delicious way to bump up your fat macros when on a ketogenic/carnivore high fat lifestyle

My husband and I went carnivore 4 weeks ago. I enjoyed some of your snack ideas, but really the diet is not hard for us to follow. We don't get hungry and are losing weight. But after a few days we both got diarrhea, which I thought was bile diarrhea as we adapted to the diet. Then I started getting heart arrhythmias, swelling in strange parts of my body and so tired. This was not from lack of carbs, since I had been keto, but through searching I realized it was oxalate dumping, which is dangerous. I wish you had warned us about this. There is a was to ease into carnivore, and I could have avoided a lot of suffering if knew this ahead of time. I hope you will do an informational video on this.

@@pestimom6572 Amen Sistar! 🤩And those who clap back with 'if you have a healthy gut you can eat oxalate' are SO wrong and are causing great harm! People die from oxalate poisoning! The only probiotic critter who could possible deal with the very sharp, very hard oxalate crystals has been nearly wiped out by pharmaceuticals and other biohazards! The oxalate in itself is literally a weapon plants developed for self defense! They do not want to be eaten! Plants CAN and will kill you! When oxalate is ingested it binds with calcium and other important minerals in our bodies and make those minerals unusable and even worse turns them into stones/rocks that are stored ALL over the body where they wreak havoc! They are NOT just a kidney problem but you would think THAT alone would provoke extreme anti-oxalate outcries but no we get people telling you eating poison is good for you!? 😜🤪

I've tried brown butter twice recently because it looks so good. But now I think this is like the great cilantro problem where some people think it tastes like soap. I think that brown butter tastes like plastic, apparently. It is just such a weird flavor that isn't pleasing at all. I'd rather eat plain butter. I do think I need to try it with unsalted butter, though. Both times I made it this past week were with salted butter and the salt flavor was overwhelming in a way that I don't get with just plain salted butter.

Might want to try grass fed or other brands as well as mixing salted with unsalted. I like mine real dark. I cook until I can smell that carmel... almost to burnt stage. Try adding a little spice/flavor in the whipping stage. Bacon is some people favorite.

Have you come across a carnivore who is too addicted to butter? I feel like I am and feel a little scared of these super stateful treats!
I keep going back to the fridge to get normal butter and I think it's not a good thing to do especially since I find it difficult to stop.
I wonder If I should be careful in consuming butter like cheese in my case.

I am new to this, so I'm binge watching all these videos!! Lol And your right, I don't see many people saying that they are compelled to keep eating butter, so I was just curious to see if it leveled out for you.

I use a silicone 'mini muffin' mold that has 24 smooth sided, slightly sloped cups.
I fill the cups about a half an inch deep / less than two TBS. They kind of look like a Resse's when they're popped out. I find eating one as I open my eating window curbs my appetite and I eat less overall. They are very satisfying and satiating.
I've used my 'coffee bean' mold thinking they'd be helpful for portion control but always found I'd go back for one or two (or3) more :^>

Make some fun savory versions by using salted butter and adding in some of your favorite spice mixtures and but on meat or veggies (if you eat them😛)…..
