Great video. Fabulous ground work done there and a bit of land development nearby to boot. Real vision and planning evident, will be a big addition to the farm income and community in general. Keep up the good work.

Everything is looking fantastic Phil; it's going to be a lovly shop you will have it laid out very nicely. Can't wait to see it all done. Sure, is a nice crop of sunflowers how are the beans doing. It looks like the crops are doing nice this year.

Well done on the progress Phil. I'd strongly recommend a tractor themed playground in the area between the carpark and the shed so that parents can sit and have their coffee and keep an eye on kids while they play. Its fantastic to see some ambition to develop a business for yourself. Just remember to take time out yourself to recharge the batteries every now and then!

And all done with old diggers and they have done it as well as the new stuff, if that was in England here we would have had to hire a new one with all the tech on them and it would of cost double what it’s costing you.
This comment doesn't make much sense.
A newer machine will do in 5 hrs what that will do in 8 so after a week you will have paid a driver for 15 extra hours plus 15 hours of fuel Now subtract that from hire cost of newer machine .. I'm all for using the older machines but it's not a huge amount cheaper

Great progress Phil , what a vision for the future ! Can’t wait to visit when it’s finished . One thing I seen a comment up 🔝 there , saying create some pitches for camper van overnight . That would be a good idea and additional income stream at €30 per night x 4 or 5 . Easy enough to add in .
Good idea + When people stay for the night, they do unplanned spend it might be 10 or a 100 + the advertising value
It’s difficult to predict the future But i see diversity likely the way agriculture is heading otherwise it’s ranching or 1000 + cows

It was all dug out to the subsoil and brought back up with stone

Rip them otf. Plenty of burning in them.
They will get a trimming but they separate the house from the shop

How your maize and beet doing
Maize poor beet very good
Very interesting. Not so sure about those lawns, they would better are car parking in my opinion. The more cars and such like can park easily, the more attractive it is for customers and the more customers gives the farm shop more chance of success. A carpark in a retail development needs to be not less than 2.5times bigger than the shop and the shop needs to be big enough to grow and have room to do so. I am sure it will be a grand job anyway.
Have you plans for a kids play area?
Not currently as that opens a whole can of worms on the insurance front
Looking fantastic mate 👏👏 I’d not be keeping any water fowls near the shop, be a bit dirty and potentially smelly. Stick them up the front in the bigger paddock with a bigger pond.
