Steam says it has "partial controller support", and it has been released on several consoles, so it should work, although this is a game I would definitely play with a keyboard and mouse....
Idk if you have watched the full review, cause if that was a thing I would have covered it... but no, you cannot make a store in the base game (not sure about DLC). You just select jobs from the computer and mail them out when completed. You are running a business. The missions get more complicated, eventually you will be building whole PC's for people. If you mean setup as in your own PC, yes, you can change/edit the one attached the the starting work computer.

I Will upgrade my real pc soon so i Will use this too lern 🤣😂 Will also lern How too overclock my i7-6700k :)
Definitely look at some other videos and do your research before you overclock- this game is a very very good sim but not perfect.
