Some of the Princess yachts, for me, have the perfect mix of light furnishings but darker furniture! Solo seems, maybe, a bit busy for my liking, but I guess the super rich like their interiors this way? Although it isn't too over the top! Check out a yacht owned by Versace, on Aquaholic's channel, for a bit of OTT!
Everything is done professionally, an introduction, a progression in the video towards an explosive end. Wonderful work, I watch your videos like a movie. Thanks David.
I would hope so they are showing a $80,000,000 Super Yacht not a used Toyota Camry FFS.

@@mrschwifty5564 I watch a lot of videos from Oceanco. There is no narration or history building up, just the video, which I like a lot. This is pretty rare on a yacht of this size that's not done by the manufacturer with full VIP status to do the shoot, especially when the yacht will be going back to the shipyard for minor tweaks. There is another video by "The Boat Show" who I like and follow that didn't got into detail like of the yacht.
@@Yachtsforsaleblog Greetings! Dear Sir, i have a direct client interested to buy same yacht quality. To add, another client criteria must have helipad (suitable for Dolphin Class Chopper (see US Coast Guard), same in Baywatch. The yacht must not be 3 to 5 years old. Must have options as future hardware defense against sea pirates. Pls email me @ logasia2@yahoo.com. Pls send photo ,engine specs and year built. .thanks !
Well currently her asking price is around 80,000,000 dollars US. So let's say you win the lottery and you have the 80 million handy. Then there the price of fuel, because I mean why have a boat if you're not going to go somewhere right? This one holds 42796 gallons of diesel for the main engines, at roughly $3.30 US that comes to 141226 dollars to fill the tanks. So if you decide to go somewhere the most economical speed of this yacht is 12.5 knots or roughly 85 gallons for traveling 12 1/2 nautical miles or in dollars and cents, 282 dollars an hour just for fuel. That doesn't take in the cost of the 18 member crew, maintenance, insurance, docking fees etc. All told you can expect for a yacht of this size to spend about 4 to 6 million dollars a year if you use it for 8 weeks out of the year for your own use and depending on the level of service you expect from the crew, maintenance, etc. Of course you can offset a lot of that cost by putting her up for charter but of course then you deal with a much steeper depreciation when it comes time to sell or trade it in for a bigger or smaller vessel. And if there is a charter contract for her at a time of year when all of a sudden you might need her, you have to deal with a lack of availability. But if you do charter her you can expect to spend out of pocket about 2.2 million a year in an average year. But now every 10 years or so, you will have to undergo a certification survey to maintain her charter yacht status, and typically a 10 year refit. The 10 year refit, depending on what needs to be replaced, refurbished, rebuilt, whatever, and it can get into the 8 digit realm very quickly. So for a boat of this size, if your bank account, net worth, holdings etc are less than about 600 million dollars, with a take home after taxes income of less than 30 million dollars a year, you are going to go broke quick. And this is just if the yacht is your only indulgence, so if you like vacations in Aspen and Chamonix or St. Barts in the winter, and Nice or Trieste or Monaco in the summer, and you have a beach home in Suffolk County, Long Island, and Manalapan Florida, or a ranch in Chile or Santa Fe NM, and a main home in Bel Aire Cal, you better wait until you reach billionaire status because chapter 11 will be your fate in a hurry.
@@rebel-yell9453 Short version. Any yacht should be no more than 15% of your net worth. Because even a 350 million lottery winner after taxes will be around 200 million . Even at a rare 10% return after the initial purchase. Not going to be enough for this. Charter is the way to go.

thats incredible from what ive seen here compared to other yachts which may be bigger but some over double the price, seems like this is a perfect balance for me, if i had the money
Absolutely exquisite! The layout and the decor are, in my opinion, perfect! Plenty of room but very intimate feeling. The decor is not overly exotic, it's more grounded so you feel like you are at home while out at sea. Also the ambience is completely enveloping, almost like a warm blanket that you can walk around in. Beautiful!
faulty layout. But it's not mistakes, it's the cheapness of production. simple, not ergonomic interior design, which is unsuitable, but only good for sale. I don't know what it's like for the crew to work there for long periods of time. It's a shame because it looks like a nice boat. Don't confuse the atmosphere of video footage with real, objective, things
This yacht is absolutely gorgeous, from the exterior to the interior its still beautiful. Santa if you're watching this video I want this yacht for my Christmas🙏🙏🙏
one of my favourite yachts - had the privilege of a walk through of it not long after she was delivered, the interiors set it apart from the comparables on the market, so unique and the darker tones make it feel so much more personalised and homey.

THAT, was a Great Video Mr. Seal. What set it apart was having some of the crew using facilities to give a future owner a better idea of it's capabilities. I can't remember seeing another yacht review that incorporated a true reflection of living aboard, with actual crew members helping to sell the Dream. Well done !
Beautiful yachts. I've never seen such craftsmanship. It would be a pleasure to cruise the world in this. I don't know much about this lifestyle as I'm not filthy rich. One thing I'd always think of in cruising the oceans of the world is safety and defense ability. God knows, this would be the grand treasure to those with weak character. I've heard that piracy extends far beyond Somalia. I would hope that a vessel such as this has an adequate armory. If I were ever able to afford a craft with all these amenities I'd sure want to be confident that my family and guests (and myself as well...) could be protected until help could arrive. Thank you for the incredible tour.
The interior has a very simplistic, light and airy feel to it. The master stateroom is extraordinary with the full stationary windows all around. My wife enjoyed viewing this video. We have been contemplating purchasing a boat of this size , and sort of " playing " with the idea of purchasing one so grand. She likes that we would have a deck all our own. That's a plus ! For we really like doing nothing at all when on the sea. The boat we have had , was smaller in length , I miss the times on the boat. My wife , is rather a perfectionist with frankly speaking , she likes doing nothing except shopping.. She is concerned about the mechanics of doors . She actually does not even like to push buttons. I wonder if doors , windows etc. can be controlled with an automatic opener. Shes rather spoiled and heavily relies on all the servants to do things for her.
Definitely a master piece of a yacht, outside and inside and every other aspect of it it's just marvellous and it's almost a shame that I can't find other proper words to describe the way it deserves to be. Thanks you for this video.
She's gorgeous! I could easily imagine myself waking in that glorious owner's stateroom. Sadly, I doubt my bank manager shares my imagination. Question though, would owner's quarters typically be used for charter guests, or do they get reserved for the owner?
@@angelebabin4313 We can but dream! I'd been curious about a 'sweet spot' for guest cabins to charter success. So I've seen lesser (ok, smaller) yachts with the same number of cabins. But that kind of makes sense as there's probably an ideal guest party size, and increasing guest cabins means also increasing crew numbers, cabin space, facilities for hotel services etc etc. I've seen deck plans where guest cabins seem cramped & crammed in so they can hit the magic number, but also means cramped crew areas. So this beauty offers guests a more spacious and luxurious charter experience. And now back to reading my books on naval architecture and plotting how I can get my hands on something like this :p I guess if I get a bunch of 4K window-sized displays and some power curtains, I could pretend I'm waking up in that owner's quarters..
WOW WOW What a great video David they just get better and better and SOLO is a very very very lovley Yacht id be happy just to board her let alone own or charter her.
Now thats more like it David! Top banana! Your videos are great whentey are walkthrough selling ads. Presented so well and so professional! Even had time to throw in a canonball! Lol.
Nice to see the price included in the info David, thank you. It makes a change from other channels that tell us nothing. I've always wondered though, that if when bought ex-vat the new owner pays the price plus vat at current value or has to pay the original vat owed? But, at that, a very good price for a (pretty much) brand new yacht!
Gorgeous video! Incredibly well made - one of your very best. Wish it was twice as long. Also, wish you would have provide more details regarding the engineering spaces. But, I'm happy with what I got!!! Thanks!!!
absolutely amazing! very well done, keep up the good work. I was wondering if you could do a walkthrough video of one of my personal favorite yachts; OKTO. OKTO is perhaps one of the sleekest and stylish yachts ever and it definitely belongs on your channel.
Nicely filmed. Had this yacht been with single lounge with double height ceiling instead of 2 lounge room on each level, it would have been one of the unique yachts of this size especially with such a nice stateroom.
I absolutely love your content! I was wondering if you could walk through how financing works on the majority of your yachts. What percentage of the value is typically financed? Rates? Typical financing terms/years? Thanks!
I have been enjoying your videos for quite some time. And although I think these ships are beautiful in 1080p, I wish they were shown off in a 4K video. You produce wonderful videos but I think your audience would absolutely love these boats even more if they were to see them in 4K!
Great David, thank you. Would have liked to see around this ship all areas. Will you be able to do one day? A very Professional presentation as usual. Thankyou

So this beauty offers guests a more spacious and luxurious charter experience. And now back to reading my books on naval architecture and plotting how I can get my hands on something like this :p
I guess if I get a bunch of 4K window-sized displays and some power curtains, I could pretend I'm waking up in that owner's quarters..
Imagination creates reality. Imagine sleeping and waking in that stateroom as vividly and feelingly as you can repeatedly each night.
WOW WOW What a great video David they just get better and better and SOLO is a very very very lovley Yacht id be happy just to board her let alone own or charter her.
I watched it when you uploaded but decided to watch again upon Tristans' recommendation. Beautifully shot video.
You are selling boats dude, you're starting 2 produce this series like you're adding to humanity
now, everyone feels they need a yacht...
greta approved!
Great video, thank you! Seeing the engine room was great, would have also been nice to get a glimpse of the bridge 👍🏻
Impressive indeed. Great editing. Thanks for the video.
You're not only a great storyteller you're also a master poet 👌
Don’t forget the beautiful waters and island in the background. My home, beautiful Antigua and Barbuda 🇦🇬🇦🇬🇦🇬
Unbelievable. Very Good walk through and most of the Main features were covered. I have a Dream..lol
Super Yacht Captain, sent me to watch this again.
Now thats more like it David! Top banana! Your videos are great whentey are walkthrough selling ads. Presented so well and so professional! Even had time to throw in a canonball! Lol.
I have seen “Solo“ yesterday at Panarea, and damn, it‘s amazing!
For sure this yatch is phenomenal
Nice to see the price included in the info David, thank you. It makes a change from other channels that tell us nothing. I've always wondered though, that if when bought ex-vat the new owner pays the price plus vat at current value or has to pay the original vat owed? But, at that, a very good price for a (pretty much) brand new yacht!
Thank you for the tour. I like it. Tend to want to stay in warmer climate or stay inside where it is warm. Have Fun, Enjoy it ! :)
Gorgeous video! Incredibly well made - one of your very best. Wish it was twice as long. Also, wish you would have provide more details regarding the engineering spaces. But, I'm happy with what I got!!! Thanks!!!
Excellent Video!
Stunning Yacht.
What a beauty. Nailed the video. Would have liked a little closer look, however.
"uh-mean-I-tease" 😂
Love the review! Gorgeous yacht!
absolutely amazing! very well done, keep up the good work.
Astonishing yacht beautifully presented in a great video.
I absolutely love your content! I was wondering if you could walk through how financing works on the majority of your yachts. What percentage of the value is typically financed? Rates? Typical financing terms/years? Thanks!
Congrats!, Great production, great video David!, awesome superyacht!
I have been enjoying your videos for quite some time. And although I think these ships are beautiful in 1080p, I wish they were shown off in a 4K video. You produce wonderful videos but I think your audience would absolutely love these boats even more if they were to see them in 4K!
Wow 🤩 the design is beautiful .
Brilliant as usual David, just wow!
Great David, thank you. Would have liked to see around this ship all areas. Will you be able to do one day?
A very Professional presentation as usual. Thankyou
