I love how a lot of Celldweller fans are gamers, and then theres me who just randomly found them because they remixed an Asking Alexandria song. But anyways, this band is sick!
Found this song in a RWBY themed DND campaign. One of the best I’ve heard in a while (The campaign is titled “Records of Remnant”, for anyone wondering. The session containing this song is titled “House Call.”)
At the end it just goes "KILL THE-" And when it stops I'm like "They did not just make a pun or something with their own song." And the song's over when I check the time XD
I wish I can find this song on Spotify so I can listen to it more. Tbh a TF2 sfm brought me hear, but I am so thankful for it because this band is bada$$
I am here because I just like music, and most Video-Game music is great, and Dead Rising is most likely my favorite game series. Also because Celldweller is a pretty good band.
In case people dont know what the people talking about Dead Rising 2 are going on about, a ton of Celldweller songs appear in Dead Rising 2. Mainly: Own Little World - Chef Antoines theme Switchback - Roger and Reed's theme Eon - Brandon's theme Kill the Sound - the song that plays when you get Ending A (completing every case file normally) *Did I forget any? Probably.
@@SalvationCode Huh, I mean Ted's fight sounded familiar, but I had no clue that Seymour's theme was also a Celldweller song. Thanks for pointing that out man!
Kill The Sound plays when you get Ending S You get Ending S by giving TK Zombrex and later fighting him as the final boss after fighting Sullivan. If you don't give TK Zombrex, you won't be able to go for Ending S
I LOVE THIS SONG. I can relate to it so much, because the more I try to shut out the bad voice, the louder it becomes... and I can never get rid of it.
from what i know this track was one that celldweller had done for Dead Rising 2. im not sure if he did others, nor am i sure where you hear this song in the game. but suffice to say that the awesomeness of the game was increased 40000% because of this song XD
I feel like he could split this into three different, full length songs, all with completely different feelings and each would be epic. But just for the hell of it, crammed all of these fantastic sounds together. Sounds amazing, but I would have liked him to explore some of the sections a little more.
I bought Dead Rising 2 since the game is nostalgic (I have played it before years ago) and because it's really fun. But the soundtrack is awesome, you got a point.
I think I found a new favorite CellDweller song. This song relates a lot to how my life has been in the past few months, allowing deceitful voices-ideas in my head hold me back from improving my life. Sounds like a style similar to Deftones also
When i heard this song the first time i felt like: How this could be from celldweller? But after 30min i was hearing it in my head i had to replay it again and now i love this song :DD
Ahhhh Chuck Badass Greene. How many people i save with him. How many zombies, looters, merchenary's, psychopath's i've murdered with him, still an awesome game.
music is an art-form like any other medium, the conflict in the song is simply meant to represent a conflicting mental state, its the artists choice, just like a camera angle in a film, an aesthetic choice in a game, or a pencil line in a drawing, yes its the listeners opinion to weather it works or not, but it shouldn't be different simply upon the fact that someone may or may not like it, i personally greatly enjoy this track, ironically i think it flows quite well,
To me it doesn't matter if it's one guy or a whole group. Yes it's very cool that one guy can do this alone.(Something I could never achieve) If you like the music and call yourself a fan, then by all means you are.
My respects to you for not just blindly judging us! =) It's hard to explain what's good about it, but it's kind of like when you watch a show intended for little boys (transformers, the last airbender, etc...). It's still out of the target demographic, but I think most of us know that it's still good and enjoyable. Same goes for MLP, except that the target demographic is girls instead of boys =)
Still godly as a song 🤣 makes me want to redownload Dead Rising 2 again and just punch a bunch of zombies in the face, not even kill them just straight up punch them 🤣
I can totally see it. Bret (Blue Stahli), tall skinny white guy with red hair/ Klayton (Celldweller) tall muscular guy with red and black hair. I mean, the resemblance is uncanny. I'm glad I finally had someone open my eyes to that.
"Feels like I'm running out of time" Every dead rising game.
