Great little vids, you really know your stuff, thanks. I watched a recent one where you discussed the noise on the Forge aftermarket intake and I couldn’t agree more. Budget wise, I couldn’t stretch to a new intake, so thought I’d try and modify the Forge one bringing the intake trumpet back under the bonnet from in the scuttle. I simply shortened the pipe and made a bracket to support the filer housing. 90% of the annoying high pitch intake noise has gone, and there’s no discernible reduction in performance. Win, win, win 👍

Series 4 only opens the valve after 37mph, it's ECU controlled. You can easily bypass this, which is what I have done to my car.
