    Arms: 9.75 inches - right
    10 inches - left
    1 month: Still the same
    Waist: 27 inches -> same
    Hips: 31 inches -> 32 inch (+1)
    Legs: 19 inches - left
    20 inches - right
    1 month: left - same
    right - 19 inch (-1 inch)
    Calves: 13.5 inches - right
    13 inches - left
    1 month: 13.25 - right
    Left - same
    I don't think something will change in my figure but now everyone knows my measurements. I'll try to find this after a month.

    I started counting calories and will not pick up a snack if it has more than 140 calories. Also swapped out a daily latte for home brew coffee with splenda and half and half. Both cut my calorie intake down significantly. Down 60lbs this year. =)

      I counted cals and still do and have lost weight. Lost 38 pounds doing it...(21 pounds prior to counting) total down 59 pounds!! I did it at first to make sure I was getting enough bc I was working out...but leads you to look at the other numbers.

    6. no fizzy drinks
    7. cut out after dinner treats( no desert)
    8. don’t drink bottled water
    9. limit ur eating to xertain times
    10.make a habit of starting with a light salad
    here are some of MY tips ☺️:
    1. have a day where u have sweets on and the other days with no or little dugar
    2. don’t skip breakfast
    3. stop chocolate and chips. it helps. a lot.
    4. EXCERCISING
    5. take 30 minutes- 2 hours of jogging every week
    6. try and have a lot of snacks, BUT make them healthy ones whixh will digest slowly so u won’t be very hungry at meal times

    i have always love eating and that made me lose weight super hard, tried a lot of diets and exercises along with it, but what made it possible was agoge diet. it changed my life, and maybe yours as well

      Rose Lui pizza is not unhealthy if you do not eat too much of it at one time. Some people eat the entire pizza. Some have 1 or 2 slices and are fine. And having vegetable pizza is far healthier than having pepperoni and greasy sausage on it! It is the grease and oils and cheese that makes some pizza less healthy, not the fact that it’s pizza. Besides no one online eats heathy anyhow. Everyone likes to come on comment sections and claim they “ don’t eat junk food, never drink soda, never eat this or that” but everyone does otherwise who the duck is buying it all? Not just a couple folks that’s for sure. Most people eat snacks and candy or sweets or something every single day and very few people eat healthy and hardly anyone does not drink soda too.stop claiming you don’t because most likely yes you all do.

    i work out hard for 30 minutes every day, burning around 1,000 calories throughout, Iv'e always had issues with weight and I'm finally making the changes. :)

    Sugar is my biggest issue. Always has been. I switched to dark chocolate and eating the actual serving size instead of eating the whole thing. I also consume alot sitting at my desk at work so the minute I feel like snacking I take a walk and get water or green tea.

      Eating once a day makes you lose weight because you’re not adding other calories and nutrients in your body. Eating so little is what models or idols do to lose weight. It’s unhealthy and once you stop eating once a day you’ll get sick and have an uneven completion. Eating normally three times a day while working out excessively/everyday will give your body the right amount of nutrients while shaping and toning your body. If you also sleep well everyday 6-8 hours will help body fluctuation and hormones.

    I used to love juices and sodas as a kid but a while ago I decided I would try to drink only water which made me dislike them. I also have a salad before lunch every day.
    I also get 6-8 hours of sleep a night and don't nap.

    Yes you need to drink water people. It's the BPA that is a problem. You can purchase a BPA free reusable water bottle and help your health and the environment. You can buy one with a filter, use the filter from your refrigerator, or just use your sink. The filtration system from most cities is perfectly safe. Many use reverse osmosis which is the same process that a lot of bottled water comes from. Personally, I prefer spring water or artesian water like Fiji which uses BPA free bottles, but that doesn't solve the overall problem with the abundance of plastics.

    I gave up soda about a month and a half ago and have lost 5 lbs. I drink sparkling water that is calorie/sodium/artificial sweetener free. It is a nice transition.

    So this leaves so many question. If not from a bottle then what? Pour it into a cup, drink filtered or tap? It just says don't with no suggestion on alternatives. The part about the fats that gather in certain places. Where does it come from? How is it developed? I love the info but some things need a little elaboration.

    I think one of the easiest ways to lose weight is the find an exercise activity that you have a passion for. It no longer becomes work to try to do it.

    I barely drink cola at all anymore.
    I used to sleep worse because the amount of sugar gave me the usual rush and my parents told me I could only drink it in the weekends, which I barely did. Now when I drink something like cola my stomach really hurts after a while and I can really feel that it’s not good for my body

    I stop drinking soda for 7month so far, i dont get stomachache or acid feeling like i use to. I feel great and I lose a bunch of weight cause of it. Now im on a strict diet from the dr to lose my small gut.. bright side videos are great and educational to me

    I drink diet soda, and coffee on an empty stomach and I have insomnia, I watch tv to distract myself from the fact that I have to eat, I don't eat before 12:00 and after 7:00 so I can't eat dessert. I also due hours of workouts and have a step limit and then I also have a great resistance for binging soooooooooooooooo.... Yes I have an eating disorder- BUT. I am still loosing weight and do all of the things in this vid. Am confusion?

    I stopped drinking soda January 14, 2017. And would dance in my room towards the end of the day and I used to weigh 230 pounds. I also ate smaller portions and all together, I dropped down to like 170 pounds within the year.

    I made a rule to myself not to but packed foods from shop, at most one favorite snack packet per week. I replace snacks with fruits, cucumber , infused water, green tea and nuts. I am food lover , I carry may snacks ever I go that save me from eating packed chips and sugary juices.

    The BPA/water-bottle fact was alarming. I drink Propel out of the bottle every day. And it doesn’t say “BPA free.” 😳 It’s not water, but I assume the effects are the same. Scary.

    My new years resolution was to cut pop out as much as possible. I can count how many times I've had pop this year on one hand. I've consistently kept off 5 - 10 pounds.
    Now I'm trying a mostly whole food Mediterranean diet. I've been doing it for a month and have lost almost 10 pounds. But I'm still in the process of figuring out what makes me gain weight. I suspect rice and beans make me gain weight but I need to experiment more to know for sure.
    And if you want to eat healthier, don't have any bad food at home. Why have the temptation? There are healthy ways to have sweets.
    Also, allow yourself to have a treat once in a while. But that needs to be like once every two weeks to once a month.

      Me too!!! I Never related my sore throat and Dry mouth which is still happening as I am continuously drinking bottle water!!! I am definitely going to change how I drink water.

    Then Why does everyone else say bottled water is the healthiest drink for you??? Yes I do gain weight when drinking it, but after it digests and I use the bathroom then I lose more than I gained.

    also eating while watching tv = the association of pleasure and fun with food. I think this is my biggest struggle because in my mind "sitting down watching my fav show with food" is my version of relaxation and fun. idk how to break this habbit

    One thing to keep in mind is every body is different. Not everyone can eat at the exact same time daily. Drinking water from a water bottle is better than soda. Realize that doing all of this won't mean you'll lose weight. You NEED to burn MORE calories than you consume in order to lose weight.

      I didn't know that about bottled water either but it makes sense that plastic bottles are made from harmful things which seep into the water. I also read that if you leave your water in hot car do Not drink it because it intensifies the chemicals in the plastic. However, I did Not know you could gain weight from it. Very interesting information.

    I was raised to watch TV while eating. That can't change. And I'll never give up my soda. Ever. And bottled water is the best kind of water.
