You can change your ball once you mark it on the green if it's received any imperfections on its way getting there.... placing a ball back on it's mark, even if off by an inch ain't gonna help ones read... and if it's within 3ft.. and you think that can effect your putt... well then you don't understand the rules (physics of golf) lol

Seeing professional soccer players take a dive after someone slaps them lightly is ridiculous. I know in highschool soccer my son had a team mate that was a pro at faking injuries. Plus the other team always had one or two.
