Dark Phoenix's Abilities - X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse

- There is already a video about Dark Phoenix's abilities on UA-cam, but it's not from the PSP version of XML2 it's from the PC version of Marvel: Ultimate Alliance. In addition to that some of her abilities are modified to include parts of Jean Grey's abilities from both X-Men Legends games. With this in mind one of my subscribers requested for me to make this video, but I had actually planned to make a video about this earlier than I did.
If there is ever to be a remaster of X-Men Legends 2, I hope they add everyone across all consoles, including Dark Phoenix. This vid is amazing and this game would have been the only reason I would have got a PSP.
What we need is a X-Men Legends HD Collection for PS4, PS5, Xbox One & Series X, Nintendo Switch and Microsoft Windows via Steam. Both X-Men Legends and it’s sequel would be featured.

Replaying xmen legend games in 2023. I wish we had the dark phoenix in PS2. I wish most of the moves had better animations. But the last few moves were awesome!

I can’t help but feel like the old games really sucked when it came to Emma Frost though. I was so upset when I saw she wasn’t even playable in X men legends 2 🙄 even the first game Emma was only playable at the end.. such bs
I understand why it couldn't be done in X-Men Legends II. But I wish that we were able to play as her from the start after we beat the game in X-Men Legends.
@@SHEVCHENKOFAN18 I really do think it was down to a balancing issue. When you finally unlock her in XML1 she'd often get one shotted, but once you levelled her diamond/other skills up to near max she was basically immortal.
Really miss Marvel Heroes Omega, they were the only ones who got it right e.e

You can play the PSP version with PPSSPP. As for the PC version i'm not sure about that.

I haven't experienced that many glitches when playing MUA so I'm not sure.
SHEVCHENKOFAN18 well i have found one of the glitches in the game, in the Project Lab (Omega Base) the room where the two super soldiers and originally the gamma bomb and Bruce Banner as at. There is a way you can get in.
1. First you must have Luke Cage and Deadpool (or Nightcrawler) on your team. Go to the door that leads to the room which it’s locked.
2. Boost up Luke Cage’s ‘Rebound’ ability which it supposed to trigger the two super soldiers.
3. This may be very tricky, use Deadpool’s ‘Wisecrack ability to attack the super soldiers. Hopefully when Deadpool does that, the one of the super soldiers will grab Deadpool in the room. Which he will stay in the room. (Same thing you can do with Nightcrawler’s ‘Bamfing Blitz’)
Once you’re in the room, you can only explore and walk around. If you wanna leave, open the portal from the pause menu.
@@iamajblack Thanks for the information, but I did experience the Deadpool one during one my playthroughs of the game. I can't remember about the Luke Cage one though.
My family my friends and my self truly love so much dark phoenix.. there really should have to be very over powered by phoenix force power.. psionic nexus... psionic nexus is source power from phoenix force..
Dark phoenix really should have it.. it's really so much larger massive disintegration wave to show off..
Jean grey's evolution power is become phoenix who wears green phoenix costume.. after that jean's next evolution power is become dark phoenix.. omega level power which wears red phoenix costume with white eyes and so much fire on her body.. horrible and very scary..
Then jean's next evolution is become White phoenix of the crown.. she wears white phoenix costume.. as white phoenix of the crown her power is very fully with phoenix force.. white phoenix is really really and really so much more powerful than dark phoenix..

You can only play as Seline by modding the game. But I can't do that because I can't get the pc version to work anymore.

vulcan, d'ken, electron, deathbird, namor, dark archangel, vertigo, gladiator, onslaught, wild master mold, multiple-man, silver samurai, lady deathstrike, omega red, genesis, mojo, spirral, proteus, danger, daken.. they also join with apocalypse in x-men legends 3 .. so many supervillains again there..

When I was a child I was so excited playing xmen legend the first and second one. It's making me so graful. I truly hope the continue x men legends 3 would be happening near future on ps6.
I think apocalypse more than return for revenge. He wants truly take over earth and a lot of other planets. The only person who can destroy apocalypse is white phoenix the top of jean's level phoenix force extremely power.

Even though I didn't like the dark Phoenix movie they did her cosmic powers pretty well. Looked almost like captain marvels powers only different colours. I'd love a new marvel/X-Men game like the Spiderman games.

The should've fused her powers all together with the regular Jean Grey and why does the PSP deserve Dark Phoenix not fair.
I disagree, I like the fact that we can also play as Dark Phoenix in this game. It was done so that the PSP version could have something that you couldn't get in any of the other versions.
I think i might have had this game for psp at some point.

Não gostei dessa Dark Phoenix, somente a aparência é digna da personagem e o vôo. Porque os poderes são estranhos e não tem força alguma para deter o inimigo. No anime a Dark Phoenix era imparável, o fogo consumia tudo, já nesse jogo do PSP é fraca demais😢. O Charles Xavier e outros personagens fracos chegam a ser mais fortes e interessantes que ela.
My Jean never had these abilities when I had the game. What is this?
Dark Phoenix is only playable in the PSP version. In fact, she's one of four playable characters that are exclusive to that version.
@@SHEVCHENKOFAN18 I didn't know there was a psp version 🤔 though it was so long ago it came out. I have the ps2 version. Well, the skin is anyways, with the green/gold and red/gold variants and some of her powers are Phoenix based so is this another entity with alternate powers?
@@LJGrindewald Oh ok, yeah, I also had that version. It's a stronger version of Jean Grey when she's the phoenix. And yes, she does have different powers in this form.
@@SHEVCHENKOFAN18 awesome 😁 looks cool. I've only seen other powers she has in Ultimate Alliance, the first one but I think that's the US version. Some mod where you can have more marvel characters and she has other abilities.
