Vietnam's Best & HIDDEN Luxury $180 Brunch Buffet! A 6HRs Lobster, King Crab, Champagne Feast!

- I can't believe it! The Sunday Brunch Buffets in Vietnam just keeps getting better and better and going from strength to strength. I though the last buffet at the JW Cafe in Hanoi could not be beat, but that may be contested!
Here is Saigon, amidst a hot sweltering day that has become the norm, I was happy to find a hidden gem for a Sunday Brunch Buffet. Not being part of a large Hotel chain like the Marriotts and the Sheratons, can this luxury boutique hotel serve up an epic experience? I was intending to find out.
Sure enough, the either offering entitled the "Epic Sunday Brunch", it certainly lived up to the name! A 6 hour feast of free flowing champagne, premium wines, cocktails with a buffet showcasing the freshest seafoods of lobster and king crab and a kitchen preparing made to order favourites (fillet mignon, seared scallops, black cod, etc), this was an epic feast indeed! And if that wasn't enough, one can partake additional indulgences atop their roof top bar continuing this feast of free flowing cocktails and grilled treats with an epic sunset over Saigon signalling the end of the Sunday Brunch Feast and time for dinner.

This is certainly a place I would never have gone to myself if it wasn't to share these experiences on UA-cam. Very grateful and humbled to get the chance to do this... (It is outrageously expensive 😬)

Hi Tim, fellow Canadian from Vancouver. Love your channel. I was in HCMC last Dec and went to the Sheraton Hotel for the lobster buffet. It was an AMAZING feast for $110 Cdn. Hope you have a chance to experience that one too! I admire how much you can eat! How do you keep yourself so slim? Please share your secrets. Enjoy your adventure in VN.

Tim, after watching the other one that was just a fraction of the cost but out in the heat and you looked so tired at the end, I am glad to see you took time to spoil yourself and enjoy some luxury - content great as usual :)

The heat was certainly intense but it was kind of fun to be fully immersed in the Vietnamese experience 🙂. Both were really enjoyable and very different ways 😉

Hi Tim, thanks for sharing, this brunch buffet makes us so hungry after seeing it. Here in the US, we haven't seen anything like this, even Las Vegas didn't have it either. With that said, perhaps a trip back home soon in the near future.

Tim: you went from the $8 to the $180 buffets in rapid form. This hotel puts out a super spread & worth the pricee if you drink a lot & spend the best part of the day at the hotel. I think over the 6 hours you can also use the pool! That desert plate you put together must have been 3,000 calories alone! Nice special brunch stop!
It was quite a nice spread but definitely a very expensive one.. they actually have different tiers that they offer, and the basic Buffet without the drinks is about half the cost. I'll make sure to put that in the video description... I just wish they would have told me there was a pool beforehand 🙂

TIM- Since it costs an average of $100 for just one prepared crab here in Richmond B.C. it is STILL an incredible value to experience all the amazing choices in Vietnam!!!!

Sushi was presented so well! I Love how they prepare that risotto right in the big wheel of Parmesan cheese (and how they prepare all of those hot dishes right in front of you).... And oh my that gooey baked brie..... And such unique desserts (and presentations!) You go to the best places!

Oh Tim! Dad was in Vietnam between 1965-1967. That is an elegant RESTERAUNT. Hotel with just wonderful food! Loved the SCALLOPS, GINORMOUS SHRIMP LOBSTERS, THE COD MY FAVORITE. LOVE THE WAGU BEEF, THE LAMB THE MUSTARD AND RED WINE SAUCES WOW!!! THE DESSERTS ARE DIVINE! LOVE THOSE LITTLE MOUSSE CUPS!!! THE RASPBERRY CAKE. LOVE HUO CHI MIYN CITY? VIETNAM.
Definitely a very good place to visit.. the country culture and people are absolutely amazing

Tim Lee. When I saw the price I thought 🤔. It's probably not worth it. But watching your selections and the ones you didn't get. I would say that the buffet was very much worth the price 😋. And the presentation of everything was simply beautiful!!
I retired to Saigon but never been to this buffet. Wow a great buffet with endless food and everything looks delicious. Must be one for a special occasion. Good video with a few surprises!
What a great place to retire! I neglected to mention that the regular tier for the buffet, without the endless drinks, is less than half the cost.. still pricey but a lot better 😋

Would highly recommend if you’re visiting. I chose the highest tier , but you don’t need to do that. And it becomes even more affordable.

The same weather is in Singapore. After 7 am, I felt very hot walking on the street. The buffet is fantastic in terms of the amount of good quality seafood. The price per person would be the same when I compare it to getting live fresh seafood at a seafood restaurant in Hong Kong or Singapore. Great video! 👍👍👍!!!
It does take a while to get used to the heat and humidity... Very enjoyable nonetheless 🙂
