Hi Geoffrey Thanks for the video very helpful. I have a similar boiler greenstart 30si and there was a leak which caused the flue sensor go rusty but the pins still good. Tried cleaning it but after a couple of hours showed the same fault light as in the video. So replaced the sensor and grommet and there’s no more leak. Also the flow adapter and pump automatic air vent needed replacing. Now it powers on but after 2-3 hours shows the same fault and I need to leave it for few hours to cool down before I can turn it back on. Any idea please why this is still happening? Much appreciated your help
