Hi im working on a baxi 105 he and its showing an air pressure problem. The fan is running with 240v at it and 34 ohms across it, the boiler lights when i manually make the air pressure switch by sucking on the tube. Ive also changed the aps with no joy. The fan seems to me to be running a little bit slow even tho its spinning freely and isnt stuck at all and has the correct voltage to it, Any ideas?
Had a problem where , fan runs fir few seconds then stops . And continued to do so without ignition happening. It sparks but no ignition. When I took hose off the spigot fan runs properly but still no ignition, any ideas would be appreciated.
which hose goes to which outlet on the new valves? suggestions for securing the new valves since there is no mounting bracket like on the one it is replacing?
Yes, that's correct. Mains voltage is supplied by the controller PCB to the common (C) terminal. When the fan is not running, this voltage (say 230V) should appear on the NC terminal, and the NO terminal should be at 0V. When the fan starts, and there is the correct pressure, the switch will change over. The NO terminal will now be at 230V, and the NC terminal will be at 0V.
The trainer on this video is a top class, my trainer in British gas was a low class mappet 🤣🤣
keep um coming Baxi.
What should the volts reading be on the multimeter?

That's was very well explained! Understand how to test fan now.
Maybe pumps, diverted valves, gas valve next? :)

Great video ,can you please let me what is call the one what you recommend to use it to check APS not to blow .from where can I buy it
Thank you

Great video 👍👍
Thanks ,great video
Can anyone help please me with my baxi boiler. The fault on fan or fault is flashing
So did he say with the fan running the switch goes from normally closed to normally open? ??
