I’ve never seen two people that were more meant to be together! It’s like God created Kristen specifically for Chris. Watching this podcast and being able to see just how much they are in sync, and truly love each other as well as accept one another through the good bad and the ugly, it honestly gives me hope that my somebody is out there waiting for me 💕💕🙌🏼

One of my absolute favorite things about Chris is his consistency in his convictions and principles I love that he doesn’t give in to pressure / persuasion. I love that he hasn’t done drugs and doesn’t even seem interested In drugs… goes to show he ACTUALLY IS sure with who he is.

I live in Studio City and I rarely drive around. I see Chris at least once every month or two at various random locations or sometimes at the same location completely by accident. Several of my friends see him around so often, that in our group text, it’s normal that at least one of my friends texts, “I just saw Delia again at…” almost once a week probably. So, avoiding social situations, withdrawing from activities, and hate doing stuff is 100% not true. Most of my friends are in the industry and maybe once a year one of us sees anyone else famous other than Delia, in public outside of work. This man is constantly out doing stuff and being seen around LA and the Valley. So, these PDA “symptoms” don’t apply to him at all. Huge fan, just saying this the man is out and about being seen around town constantly socializing and shopping, so much that it’s like a joke between my friends and I that he has 15 clones. Love Delia, but can confirm 100% not socially withdrawn.

I can relate to the PDA thing because I've always suspected that I have my own thing which is not listed in the DSM-5 or ICD-10 and also considered to be a broader autism spectrum disorder, called NLD(some people call it SLD). It's also technically a learning disorder/disability, but it is genuinely a sub-classification part of what used to be referred to as Asperger's syndrome, before that term got tossed away and replaced as being the general umbrella of just ASD itself. I'm not formally diagnosed, it's more like I suspect I have it. Kind've like how Kristin was speaking about Chris and the possibility of him having PDA. A lot of NLD/SLD just seems to line up with my personality traits. But I also have a lot of concurrent disorders, like mild agoraphobia, and depersonalization anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, etc. I also have a sort of neurotoxic brain damage type thing called "brain zaps"(I know it sounds ridiculous), because back in my 20's I abused MDMA a lot. The brain zaps thing also sometimes happens to people during SSRI cessation if they were on a really high dose for an extended period of time like many months or years. Mine isn't from SSRI cessation however, it's from the MDMA abuse.

Everyone thinks they have Autism now. It’s so annoying.
I want everyone to stop talking about autism. No ones trying to hear people out, just constantly virtue signaling. Stop trying to put Chris’s puzzle pieces together understand snd accept how he is. So sick of people pretending to “understand” without ever being an actual support. “Why do you do this?” Is hate, I want to do it that way, support it or leave us alone. We want to change all the things about us that you dont like, so shut up. We grapple with the self hatred anyday last thing we need is everyone looking down on us because we arent the same as you. When you need to laugh or fix a problem, the on the spectrum person will be the one to help you, you cant fix us because you don’t understand anything we say to you.

Guys I did mushrooms in a therapeutic setting in Santa Fe and oh my god I can’t recommend it enough. One of the most meaningful things I’ve experienced in my life. It wasn’t easy the whole time but it was GREAT!
