After reading further on this, I see a lot of ‘correlation is not causation’ reasonings. The sites reporting on this are commenting Meek Mill’s attention grabbing “X” post, which is not specifically about music. Some are getting old, some have other projects going on, some ran companies into the ground, etc.
CEOs are generally always rotating/resigning, it’s VERY common and the answers you’re looking for are actually searchable if you take the time and research instead of reaching and making something into a grand conspiracy.
