I keep hearing the Black communities say "they pay taxes." NO YOU DON'T. Majority of these cities filled with minorities are government subsidized and DO NOT pay enough taxes to cover their expenses. The small amount of taxes paid by this community get it refunded to them at the end of tax season. Prove me wrong.

Black folks came out in numbers to vote for Brandon Johnson. He said while he was campaigning that he was for Chicago being a sanctuary city. As a member of the black community, ive always seen black folks vote for people who's against their interest. The lack of civic education is insane. My group have tried to educate people politically but we need the help of the churches and schools to do it as well. Johnson didn't start the sanctuary city process. That was started under Harold Washington in 1985.

How are properties "undervalued", exactly? And who "strips" neighborhoods of businesses? My understanding is that the businesses weren't making money, and left. That's a decision made by the business owners, not some tragedy that some outside entity caused.
Properties are lowered in Black areas so immigrants can obtain these properties at bargain basement prices .
