2018 F150 xlt driver seat noise fixed

The driver seat pan noise complaints for (2015-2019) f150 fix. This is not a ford motor company repair suggestion. This is my personal way i found to stop the annoying noise in the center of the seat and the sliding you get when taking hard turns. If you have already fixed this or know of a better way please leave it in the comments below.

I just did this to my F150 and it is like you have a whole new seat. You feel much more planted going around corners and the slide/squeak is completely gone.

How is this doing to date after these 9 months? Mine is doing the same. Just to be clear, you installed the tape between those two black brackets on each side?

You are correct I placed basically a buffer between the plastic bracket and the metal. It has held up well have not had any trouble
