@@ipissed that's right, I'm from Mexico and you are correct, cacao doesn't come from Mexico. However cacao has been present in the country for thousands of years and dates back to Mayan/Aztec cultures, where people would mix cacao with water to make drinks and different types of "candy". It was until the Spanish invaded what would become the Mexican territory that cacao started to get mixed with milk and sugar. And that became the base for the future recipes for Mexican chocolate. And although chocolate doesn't come from Mexico our country is one of the biggest producers and exporters of chocolate worldwide. I'm sorry if I don't make my self clear, my English sucks. Good day and peace
Cacao comes from a native plant to the region in Central Mexico and North Central America, the Spanish took it to Europe and chocolate was born. Im sorry other countries feel left out but this is how it was. Many countries now have chocolate and thats great, it tastes delicious.
Daniel Aguilar "Mexican chocolate" can only be a type of chocolate concoction derrived from Mesoamerican chocolate after the formation of Mexico, a country that was established just short of 200 years ago.

Although chicken is hella delicious, the stereotype of black people eating chicken and watermelon is due to the idea that Chicken and Watermelon are the poor man´s food, being them the cheapest food, that's the reason it was associated with this minority during more racist times.

Jaime Jara chocolate is from Mexico. Saying that only the bean originated in Mexico makes it seem like Europeans invented chocolate. They did not. Chocolate is from Mexico, today it would be called “dark” chocolate. The only thing Europeans did was add milk to Mexican chocolate. Chocolate is Mexican.

Actually the Paletas Payaso ( the ones with a clown in the package) are always destroyed even in Mexico 😂
Mexico has, in my opinion, the best chocolate for sure.
If you try Swedish chocolate. You will change your mind.

The Laughing crow

Go google it
The Laughing crow sorry bud we did invent them
Actually, we did, so you're welcome
They didn't actually invent it that kind of just ate it before anyone else or before you put milk on it
I loved the respect you had for this candy as well as the respectful you were since it’s trying something you’re not used to at all. Thanks for that!
The spicy stereotype is actually true, almost everything we eat is spicy.
Gustavo Alonzo it isn't a stereotype its a fact
Although chicken is hella delicious, the stereotype of black people eating chicken and watermelon is due to the idea that Chicken and Watermelon are the poor man´s food, being them the cheapest food, that's the reason it was associated with this minority during more racist times.
Were my MexicanSquad at?🇲🇽
Hahaha that's funny!
14:16 i think that's "de leche"?😂 that means "of milk"
Paleta Payaso usually looks like that. it´s quite rare to find a good looking one.

Saludos desde Guadalajara.
6:26 “Mexico I actually like your chocolate” 🤦♂️ chocolate originated in Mexico 😑
Dude frr🤦🤦🤦
Cocoa did originated in Mexico, but chocolate as we know it originated abroad
Jaime Jara chocolate is from Mexico. Saying that only the bean originated in Mexico makes it seem like Europeans invented chocolate. They did not. Chocolate is from Mexico, today it would be called “dark” chocolate. The only thing Europeans did was add milk to Mexican chocolate. Chocolate is Mexican.
I don't think that's what she was implying, but okay.
Basically you guys prefer the non-spicy treats, pretty expected. Lol

They're not used to those flavors. We've been trained our whole lives.
Me too. 💜
the spoon with tamarind is really a candy from de old days... kids from this generation are really not that familiar with it.
I loved this candy when I was little 😋 me and my sister were obsessed!!! My dad would always come home from work with it and we were so excited every time!

Just for future reference when you eat Mexican candy the outside is always sour and Chile. But you have to get to the center to enjoy the flavor. That’s where it really shines.
