    How come the US has dang few allies that can fund their own defense. Of the 32 NATO nations, of *12* have defense budget over 2% of GDP. China and Russia are watching the US and its responses. China and Russia are also watching European NATO and Canada and their infinite desire to rely on the USA for THEIR defense. If Europe doesn't want to fund their own defense, just walk away.
