It depend what exercise at body part I'm doing a lot of strength and power at the moment so for dead lifts I'm doing 5 sets of 5 but. On being a PT just learn all you can and approach with an open mind because what you may agree with early on and teach may be turned on it's head as you learn more.
I wish that I had you guys as personal trainers! I actually do have one, but he spends more time on his :Smart Phone than he does with me during our session.

I started out with 2kg weights on each arm but I've now upgraded to 3kg for the bicep exercises - I still do the tricep exercises with the lighter weights. also, try to find wieghts that fit comfortably in your hands!
Are there any good full leg workouts as everyone seems to focus on the upper body during summer and tend to forget about the bottom half too- cheers :-)

Hey, I discovered your videos 2 weeks ago and I started working out because of them. At the moment I don't intend to become very muscular but i just want to live healthier and have a more toned body. I work out 3 times per week and I also go running 3 times per week which leaves me with 1 restday. In bodytype I am an ectomorph and i was wondering what kind of weight I should be doing these exercises with. I train arms 1 day per week so today was the third time, at the moment I use a 5kg dumbell in each hand which sounds very light to me but it definitely does give me a workout. I intend to gradually build up the weight as I get along. Is it worth me continuing with this weight or is it not even worth it when using dumbells that light? Keep up the great content
This is a bit of a weird one. I've been killing myself at the gym for the past 8 weeks and been on a strict diet, to sort my body out for summer. Yesterday I had to had my appendix out, so I wont be able to exercise for about 2 months. Do you guys (or anyone on this channel) have any suggestions on what I should eat (I dont have to be on a special post-op diet), until I can exercise properly again, to maintain as much muscle as possible whilst Im just sitting on my arse around the house? whatever weight you feel fits you, if you want to tone use a lighter weight but more reps if your trying to bulk up and get bigger id suggest heavier weight but lower reps i cant give you a weight size because ive no idea what size you are or what you can handle

Our pleasure, It depends what your routine is you could add them into your arms day or or just do it twice a week maybe.
Exactly! probably every 4 - 6 weeks depending on your goals but as your body get's stronger it needs a bigger challenge to keep progressing

No you do the first 2 exercises 3 times but you take a 30 sec rest in between each set of those 3 sets. Then you do the same for the other exercises.
