    I would look into adjustable ones as you can apply more weight as you progress to keep it challenging.

    I love these moves in my weekly body pump class- definitely the easiest but get the fastest results!

    It is but's difficult as you need to be catabolic to actually breakdown your muscles for fuel and I don't know if it's really a healthy idea. I've heard of bodybuilders upping there rep range to switch between sub types of their muscle fibers to decrease cross sectional size but It's some I would have to look into more to be honest.

    John or Leon, would you recommend just doing these 4 exercises as one workout and be done, or add on a few more basic back exercises to make a complete WORKOUT? Love your guys' advice!

    I find that I don't feel the workout on my back so much hen I'm doing it, I feel it the next day though. I have a real problem with losing that nice straight back through my exercises, like kettlebell swings, deadlifts and Olympic lifts. I am working on it though!

    You really need to dial in your diet then Josh, I think carb back loading is great & try not to have too much sugar.

    can you guys make a video about gluteus and explaining which exercise hit more certain part of mouscle, how many raps is recommended to do etc. i'm seeing some progress on abs and legs but this..ugh, very very little. i've lost my motivation.

    I have a question for you guys. My husband has moderate scoliosis that affects the thoracic and lumbar parts of his spine (kind of like a "S"). Would these exercises be advisable for his case? I know that it would help for him to strengthen the muscles in his back, but a way that wouldn't pinch nerves and injure discs any further to do it.

    Late night snacks that are healthy which even body builders use.
    Greek Yogurt
    Cottage Cheese
    Milk
    Casein Protein Powder
    etc.

    When you refer to sugar, you obviously want to stay away from processed sugar, but should you worry about sugars from fruit or natural sugars?

    Hi guys really liked the video. I was just wondering which weight of dumbbells to go and buy. I am a 5 foot 10 guy that weighs 160 and I am going to start doing the exercises that you do on your channel that require dumbbells but I did not know which ones to get.     I broke a vertebrae in my lower back about 6 years ago and struggle with deadlifts, is there other options? Also I seemed to have developed one lat much more than another, any solutions to evening them out?

    Hey, guys! Any suggestions for upper outer thigh area? I'm guessing something like side leg raises/extensions or a variation of that, but I'm trying to find something with resistance and a way to tone that through increased intensity. Does that even make sense?

    If I'm wanting to buy protein, do I go with Whey / Creatine / a different one?     Hey lads, I know its probably a common request and all but are there any exercises that are very helpful to gain a v taper. As of now I'm 18, 6ft, weigh just above 12 stone on an average day(usually 12.4), my body fat percentage is 14%, rarely lift, so I was just wondering if you can help me out a bit as I really want to look different in my physique to gain a bit more confidence and feel fresh for when i go to to Uni in September. Is it possible to gain even a slight 'V' in just over 2 months?

    To get rid of muscle mass, go lower in weight and do long cardio sessions at a medium pace on the running machine.
