In this case, the alleged person had suffered severe/extreme infringement of the Fundamental Rights as well as of Basic Human Rights in a Citizen’s Life (Right to Life & Personal Liberty and Right to Free Speech & Expression) guaranteed & protected under the Constitution of India & also assured by plethora of decisions of the Indian Apex Court of India for a Non Criminal Temporary Act done inside his own car and ride it on a Public Road just for shooting a video only.
The unwarranted & undue interception of the Kerala High Court Judge in this matter was deliberate, wilful with a malicious pre-intention to inflict injury on the Fundamental Rights of alleged person by abusing his Judicial Position & Power Conferred by the Indian Constitution and misusing established Indian Judicial Procedures, and such malicious intentions of HC Judge was executed by MVD Enforcement with immediate action & effect.
No Court or State has such power to make direct infringement on any Citizen’s Fundamental Human Rights in any Civilized Democratic Republic Countries except in accordance with the procedures established by Law since Judiciary has Great Responsibility to save/upheld the Fundamental Rights of a Citizen. But here the Life, Dignity, Status of a Citizen and his Family in Indian society has been infringed by a Higher Judiciary & MVD of a State for a petty case matter and made/put/force them to live a life under fear & threat of suicide-will be No Life At All conditions through infringement of the indefeasible right to life of the citizen. 😡🙏
