- The New Orleans Pelicans are still looking to trade Brandon Ingram and De'Aaron Fox should be the top player on their list. The perfect trade is a trade for Fox. The only way I see the Pels pulling that off is if Fox asks to be traded, and the Pels are on his list of teams to be traded to! Don’t trade Ingram for parts. They either go all in with him, or go get somebody who’s going to upgrade the team.
I’d rather keep Ingram and just find a point guard the hard way.

This team needs to quit simply looking at our core players and continue to not actually see the potential. This team still has not entered a playoff round with our core healthy and intact. We need to decide a course with a reliable center and by all means an actual scoring on ball point guard who can facilitate. We should extend BI.

Dejounte Murray is criminally underrated. I can’t see how ppl would want Trae Young over him. An undersized guard that can shoot your team out a game chucking deep 3s a TO machine that simply doesn’t play defense. Like yea he can go for 30 but after 25 shots sure thing. Like ppl just know Trae Young because he’s more popular. Dejounte Murray would be a better fit to this team than him.
Trade package BI x Dyson Daniels for DJ Murray and Okungwu. Simple. Bring CJ off bench as super 6th man. DJ/Herb/TM3/Z/Okungwu (maybe get another C in draft or FA)

Murray’s most famous game this past season was 44 points on 44 shots. Both can be inefficient on their worst day, it’s just facts that Trae Young is the better playmaker. Murray hasn’t played 2nd team all defense caliber defense in years at this point
Bc TY is clutch and he can shoot 3s. He's a shot creater, scorer, leader, can initiate an offense. Do I need to go on? I like Murray but I'd if we want to win go Trey

Ingram is the most skilled wing the Pelicans have had in over 20 years. Just keep him!! I agree we need the speed and point of attack defense and some rebounding from point guard. But I’d rather keep B.I. and hot take, just sign one or two cheap guys + maybe draft one (Markelle Fultz/ Westbrook / Collier)… you cant trade B.I. If your not getting more reliable wing (SF) scoring from some other trade or signing
Love the WWL radio deal. The stations they've been on in the past are difficult to tune into (or at least not easy to get up here in Hammond), so this will make it much easier to catch games on the northshore and all over the gulf coast.

Brandon Ingram reached his ceiling two years ago. Ingram is never going to elevate his game to elite levels like other Superstars in the league (Ant, Kyrie, Luka, Brunson) even though fans and the franchise thought he could.
Trae Young, Murray, and Garland should be the Pelicans targets, they would all benefit from a change of teams and Ingram would too
Don't give B I but trade C J for FOX

Okay hear me out Jake and I would love feedback guys. If you only going to get supplement parts for B.I. Just keep him! I think a potential scheme can still be point Zion but you run a 5 of Trey, herb, Ingram, Zion, and a rim protecting big. Cj and Hawkins off the bench you still have shooting while also getting better defensively because you are a very long team on the perimeter

It might make sense to include CJ for a lead guard so that we can start both Trey and Herb. if CJ goes to the bench then Hawkins won't get any playing time.
No man. No Trae Young. No Fox. No Murray. Get a big and put the ball in Zion’s hands and surround him with shooters and defenders. CJ is a good #2 until Trey or Hawkins take it over.
We traded Anthony Davis for Ingram and now Lu Dort is trading Ingram lolol because the fit isn’t perfect with Zion. And I know the cap situation. I truly get the cap stuff, I’m a nerd about it, but dudes, the Pelicans should be treating B.I. like he is the core with Zion and Herb, and getting him to sign an extension. If you trade B.I. Before he has a playoff series with Zion, it’s just embarrassing. Idk about what you all think, but I firmly believe not seeing Ingram and Zion healthy together in a single playoff series is going to push fans away from this team. You treat B.I. like you love him, give the fans what they need, and then once he’s signed, even to a max contract or a near max contract, he’s going to have plenty of trade value still for down the road.
Why stop at asking for Fox. Why not Ant man or Tatum too? Kings will never trade Fox. What’s the point?

Wings make it easy to be a solid watchable product. You trade them and you can pretty quickly be terrible!

Probably would have to be KAT. Only other possibility I could think of is Maybe Bam and that only happens if Miami is disappointed in how this past season went.

I would not Let BI go, he was good all year.. He was rusty for the playoffs. Bad timing... sorry.. But we have seen BI go off in the Playoffs before this.. So we either be a example of morals and remember that and be loyal, or is it really what have you done for me lately so much that we teach our children proudly nor to have loyalty and be fake friends..I would love Foxx with BI and Zion.. personally
