Thanks for sharing this great review! Although my last experience flying TUNISAIR is almost 12 years ago I'd like to share some of my impressions with you. We flew from FRA to TUN in October 2011. The flight was operated on TS-IMH (A 320). We were able to prereserve seats in advance on both flights at no additional charge! 👍 The cabin was in very good condition, so was the aircraft overall. No worn out seats and very clean! 👍 The crew was very friendly and attentive, offering great service with heardwarming hospitality. Seats were the most comfortable we have ever had on an A 320 Aircraft. (Equal yours) My husband and I are both pretty tall and still had enough of legroom to relax in comparison to other airlines, such as Lufthansa e.g. operating the same route with much tighter seats installed. Service on TU was outstanding for a 2,5 hours flight. Including a very tasty complimentary hot meal and beverages of your choice outbound and a real good and filling complimentary breakfast plus beverages on our return flight. The crew was present in the aisle during the entire flight, constantly looking after us all and our well being. Both flights were fully booked and Check-In and handling, especially in Tunis, was smooth, friendly and very professional. All our flights were on-time. Sad to see the bad shape of these comfy seats on your review. I truly hope TU will overcome the crisis they went thru and return to where we have experienced them in 2011in terms of cabin appearance. We would always choose to fly TU again. An Airline that we'll keep remembering clearly postive! 👍 Something rare these days.
i was working at tunis carthage airport last year and like most tunisians i considered tunisair as shame for our country but i started hearing stories from old folks who worked with tunisair at it's glory days , i really regret the thoughts i had.
Nice meal for a two hours flight but it’s a fact, reviews after reviews that Tunisair’s aircraft’s are worn out and really dirty. I wouldn’t have put my hands in this seat pocket. Ok the seats are old but you can always make an aircraft at least clean
Bro tell to you that plane was bought recently, unfortunatly hes on deploeable conditions but that one is very recent and not old. Ps: itsan A320-Neo and not an common a320-200
pourquoi les avions sont aussi sales a l'interieur , pourtant cet appareil n'est pas aussi vieux, pourquoi donner cette image triste ? tunisair doit faire l'effort pour nettoyer les cabines

The most important thing is the safety of the aircraft from malfunctions and other things. condition of chairs are not important to me. if you ompare European aircraft accidents with Tunisia you will know the meaning of passenger safety

I can agree, i went 5 times on tunisair and i can say, it's DISGUSTING. i do not recommend. EVER.

Ils ya rien de bien dans Tunisair les flottes sont très moyens.
Avant c'était mieux l'Airbus A300 et 727
La cabine va être rénovée bientôt …

Tunisair is in the process of changing all their aircrafts cabin seats, the new seats will be the same as those installed on their new A320 NEO

Broken overhead bins and filthy cabin for a less than 10 years old aircraft. Wonder if they used it to move cattle.
Cabin retrofit will be done soon

This Arline should be banned from Europe airspace ! It is dangerous for passengers and dangerous for crew !
Let them start first with the flying garbage can of ASL fleet, dated, broken and filthy cabins.Isn't it a European carrier ?
